Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, գործող իշխանությունները ծայրահեղ «վառված» են ռեժիսոր Մհեր Մկրտչյանի «Իշխանություն-2» ֆիլմից: Պրեմիերայից հետո նրանք նախ փորձեցին դժգոհության իմիտացիա ստեղծել և կառավարության շենքի մոտ իբր «ինքնաբուխ» բողոքի ակցիա կազմակերպել, սակայն ոչ միայն ձախողվեցին, այլև ծաղրուծանակի ենթարկվեցին, քանի որ հավաքին մասնակցողների թիվը նույնիսկ մեկ տասնյակի չէր հասնում:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները ցանկանում են ֆիլմի դեմ պայքարել՝ կիրառելով իրենց սիրելի երկու գործիքները՝ վարչական և իրավական:Նրանք փորձելու են վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառմամբ հասնել նրան, որ «Իշխանություն» ֆիլմը Հայաստանում հնարավոր չլինի ցուցադրել: Միևնույն ժամանակ, գիտակցում են, որ եթե նույնիսկ ինչ-որ հրաշքով հաջողվի կասեցնել ֆիլմի ցուցադրությունը կինոթատրոններում, ֆիլմը հանրության լայն շրջանակներին հասցնելու համար կան այլընտրանքային մի շարք միջոցներ:

Ըստ այդմ, իշխանությունները քննարկում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ամենասիրելի՝ իրավական «գործիքակազմը» կիրառելու հարցը: Մասնավորաբար, հնարավոր է առաջիկայում քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնվի ֆիլմի հեղինակների նկատմամբ: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ «հիմքում» ուզում են դնել այն, թե իբր ֆիլմում առկա են սահմանադրական կարգի տապալման կոչեր, բռնության քարոզ և այլն:
