«Էս անասունին ու մի ընտանիք մորթած մյուս անասունին պետք է ենթարկել մահապատժի՝ օրենքով»

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․
«Նոյեմբերի 9-ին Պեմզաշենում մոր ու երկու անչափահաս երեխաների դաժան սպանության առաջին միտքն այն էր, որ միայն թուրքը էսպիսի դաժանությամբ կմորթի երիտասարդ կնոջ ու երեխաների։
Ու հասարակությունը որոշեց, որ սա նոյեմբերի 9-ի կապիտուլյացիոն համաձայնագիրը «նշելու» թուրքի արած ծիսական սպանություն է։
31-ամյա կնոջն ու 12 եւ 8 տարեկան երեխաներին դաժանաբար սպանածը թուրք չի. հայ է, ով իր պես անասուն իր ազգականի հետ մտել ու մորթել է մի ընտանիք։
Կա տեղեկություն, որ 12-ամյա աղջկա հանդեպ էլ սեռական բռնություն է տեղի ունեցել։
Թե սրա ու էն մյուս անասունի հետ ինչ է լինելու բերդում, էկեք չնկարագրեմ։
Բայց հիմա շատ պարզ մի հարց կա՝ կա՛մ էս հարցը վենդետայով պիտի լուծվի՝ արյուն-արյան դիմաց, կա՛մ գործող Քրեական օրենսգրքով առավելագյուն՝ ցմահ ազատազրկումը նման ոճիրի արդար հատուցում չի լինելու։
Առաջարկս, որ պարբերաբար անում եմ, ուժի մեջ է՝ ահա էսպիսի դեպքերի, մանկապղծության ու մի քանի այլ առավել դաժան հանցագործությունների համար վերականգնել մահապատիժը։
Ժամանակին օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն էի պատրաստել՝ մանկապիղծներին գոնե քիմիական կաստրացիայի ենթարկելու համար, ինչը անգամ չհասավ հանձնաժողովում քննարկման փուլ։
Պատժի թիվ մեկ չափորորշիչը պիտի լինի արդարությունը։
Էս անասունին ու մի ընտանիք մորթած մյուս անասունին ցմահ դատապարտելն ու բերդում «փչացնելը» արդար հատուցում չի լինելու եւ վենդետա լինելու է։
Սրանց պիտի ենթարկել մահապատժի՝ օրենքով։
