Եթե մենք գնում ենք տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելու օրակարգը սպասարկելու, ապա ասել, թե ադրբեջանցիները հայաստանցիների հետ պետք է չշփվեն, իսկ հայաստանցիները՝ ադրբեջանցիների, այդքան էլ ճիշտ չէ, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Մենք կարծում ենք, որ ի վերջո, պետք է վերադառնանք ամենապարզ տարբերակին, որ Ադրբեջանի սահմանին հսկողություն իրականացնում են ադրբեջանցի ծառայողները, Հայաստանի սահմանին՝ հայաստանցիները», - ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ մանրամասնելով, թե ինչ նկատի ուներ, երբ կառավարության նիստի ընթացքում հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանն ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանին առաջարկել են ստեղծել ապառազմականացված գոտի, Ադրբեջանին փոխանցվել է նոր տարբերակ։

Վարչապետն ասաց, որ ՔՊ-ի համաժողովի ընթացքում է առաջարկել, որ եթե, այնուամենայնիվ, այդ խնդիրը չի հաղթահարվում, ապա պետք է օպերատորների պատվիրակել։

«Ասացի, որ մեր կողմից օպերատորը կարող է լինել ՌԴ սահմանապահ ծառայությունը։ Հայկական կողմն առարկություն չունի, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից այդ օպերատորը լինի Թուրքիայի սահմանապահ ծառայությունը։ Եթե դա էլ ընդունելի չէ, ապա պետք է վերադառնալ առաջին տարբերակին և տեսնել, թե այն ինչպես կարելի է կազմակերպել»։

Փաշինյանը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծեց՝ եթե Ադրբեջանի համար սա իսկապես հաղորդակցության հարց է և ոչ թե էսկալացիայի առիթ գտնելու, ապա այդ հարցը գործնականում լուծված է։

«Պետք է ընդամենը առկա պայմանավորվածություններն արձանագրել և գնալ առաջ»։
