Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

2023 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին և դրանից հետո ծնված երեխայի համար խնամքի նպաստ կստանան նաև չաշխատող քաղաքաբնակ (կամ խնամքի արձակուրդում չգտնվող) ծնողները․ «Պետական նպաստների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ օրենքի նախագիծը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունվել է Ազգային ժողովի կողմից։

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարաությունից:

Գործող կարգավորումների համաձայն՝ խնամքի նպաստ նշանակվում է մինչև երեք տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի արձակուրդում գտնվող վարձու աշխատողին, ինչպես նաև երեխայի ծննդյան կամ դիմելու օրվա դրությամբ առնվազն մեկ տարի գյուղական բնակավայրի հաշվառում ունեցող և բնակվող ծնողին՝ անկախ աշխատելու հանգամանքից: Այժմ, իրականացված փոփոխությունների համաձայն, խնամքի նպաստի իրավունք կունենան նաև քաղաքաբնակ (կամ խնամքի արձակուրդում չգտնվող) ծնողներն՝ անկախ աշխատելու հանգամանքից։

Մինչև երեք տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի արձակուրդում գտնվող ծնողի դեպքում նպաստի չափը սահմանվելու է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի նկատմամբ Կառավարության կողմից սահմանված տոկոսով (ներկայումս նպաստի չափը՝ 28,600 դրամ է), իսկ չաշխատող ծնողի կամ խնամքի արձակուրդում չգտնվող ծնողի դեպքում՝ նպաստի չափը կսահմանվի խնամքի արձակուրդում գտնվող ծնողի համար սահմանված չափի 85 %-ը չգերազանցող չափով։

Մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի նշանակման համար քաղաքացին կարող է դիմել ինչպես Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային կենտրոն՝ ներկայացնելով անձնագիր, ՀԾՀ, ինչպես նաև երեխայի ծննդյան վկայական ու ՀԾՀ, այնպես էլ առցանց՝ socservice.am կայքի միջոցով։

Չաշխատող կամ խնամքի արձակուրդում չգտնվող ծնողը մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի նշանակման համար կարող է դիմել երեխայի 70 օրականը լրանալուց հետո միայն։ Եթե վերջինս դիմի այդ օրվանից հետո 1 տարվա ընթացքում, ապա խնամքի նպաստը կնշանակվի 70 օրականը լրանալուն հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից, իսկ ավելի ուշ դիմելու դեպքում՝ նպաստը կնշանակվի դիմելու օրվան հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից։
