ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն հայտնաբերել է հանցավոր խումբ, ովքեր առևանգված ավտոմեքենաների դիմաց տերերից պահանջել են մինչև 4000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ հրաժարվողների մեքենաները հրկիզման եղանակով ոչնչացրել են

Օրերս ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, երկար ժամանակ իրականացնելով հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, մայրաքաղաքում բացահայտել է կազմակերպված խումբ, ովքեր զբաղվել են  շորթմամբ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, ԱԱԾ-ում ճիշտ և պրոֆեսիոնալ գործողությունների արդյունքում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և այդ քրեական գործի շրջանակում որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել Արմեն Ն-ն։ Վերջինս հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքներ կատարելու համար է մեղադրվում։ 

Արմեն Ն-ն տարբեր անձանցից հափշտակել է թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենաներ և  դրանք տերերին վերադարձնելու համար գումարներ է շորթել, ապա այն ժողովրդի լեզվով ասած «վազռվատ անելու նպատակով» Հարություն Ս-ի կողմից ստեղծված հանցավոր խմբի հետ մի քանի հոգով մենակ 1 տարվա ընթացքում՝ 2006-2007 թթ. հափշտակել են 28  հատ ավտոմեքենաներ։

Դրանից հետո հանցավոր խմբի մյուս անդամները կապի մեջ են դուրս ելել տուժողների հետ և 1000-4000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարի դիմաց մեքենաները վերադարձրել են տերերին։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, եթե եղել են հափշտակված ավտոմեքենաների տերեր, ովքեր գումարը հրաժարվել են վճարելուց, ապա հանցավոր խմբի անդամների կողմից հրկիզման եղանակով մեքենաները ոչնչացրել են։
