ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունում վստահ են, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը միտումնավոր է ընտրել Համառուսաստանյան ցուցահանդեսային կենտրոնը՝ նպատակ ունենալով վարկաբեկել ոչ միայն կենտրոնը, որը քարոզում է ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամության և համագործակցության գաղափարները, այլև այն երկիրը, որի ջանքերի շնորհիվ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը որոշել են ընտրել դեպի խաղաղություն և բարիդրացիություն տանող ճանապարհը:

Ռուսաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությունն իր խորին հիասթափությունն է հայտնում Համառուսաստանյան ցուցահանդեսային կենտրոնում (ՀՑԿ, նախկին ВДНХ) Շուշիի իբրև թե «ազատագրման» մասին պատմող ադրբեջանական ֆիլմի ցուցադրության կապակցությամբ։ Դեսպանությունը պաշտոնական հայտարարություն է տարածել։
Նոյեմբերի 9-ին ՀՑԿ-ի «Ադրբեջան» տաղավարում ցուցադրվել է ադրբեջանցի կինոպրոդյուսեր Արզու Ալիևայի «Շուշա, դու ազատ ես» վավերագրական ֆիլմը, որը պատմում է 2020 թ․ աշնանն Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ ադրբեջանական ռազմական ագրեսիայի մասին։
«Այս գործողությունը դիտարկում ենք որպես բացահայտ սադրանք, որն ուղղված է ազգամիջյան տարաձայնությունների հրահրմանը և վերջին տարիներին ձեռնարկած բազմաթիվ ջանքերի խափանմանը՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում ինչպես Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի, այնպես էլ երկու երկրների համայնքների միջև լարվածության հետագա սրում թույլ չտալու նպատակով»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։
Դեսպանությունն այս ֆիլմը բնորոշում է որպես ադրբեջանական հայատյաց քարոզչության հերթական արտադրանք, որը ոչ միայն վիրավորում է ՌԴ տարածքում բնակվող մեծաթիվ հայ համայնքին, Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրապետությունների հայերին, այլև ատելության և այլատյացության ակնհայտ ուղեցույց է ադրբեջանական երիտասարդության համար։
«Ակնհայտ է, որ նման գործողություններով ադրբեջանական կողմը միջազգային հանրության աչքում փորձում է արդարացնել ինչպես 2020 թվականի պատերազմի, ապա 2021-2022 թվականների հետագա իրադարձությունների ժամանակ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչների և նրանց պաշտպանների դեմ իրականացված ծանրագույն պատերազմական հանցագործությունները, այնպես էլ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գրավյալ տարածքներում վանդալիզմի դեպքերը»,- շեշտում են դեսպանությունից։
