Ամունդի-Ակբան խոշոր ներդրում է կատարել տնտեսության իրական հատվածում

4 մեգավատ հզորությամբ և շուրջ 6 հեկտար տարածք զբաղեցնող «Սոլիս» ֆոտովոլտային արևային էլեկտրակայանը գտնվում է Արագածոտնի մարզի Պարտիզակ համայնքում:

Կայանն աշխատում է արդեն ինն ամիս և միացված է Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերին։ Էկոլոգիական տեսանկյունից արտանետումների խնայողությունը կազմում է տարեկան մոտ 3200 տոննա՝ համարժեք մոտավորապես 120,000 ծառ տնկելուն։ Կայանը շահագործման է հանձնել Եվրամիություն- Հայաստան ՓՄՁ հիմնադրամը։

«Սոլիս» արևային էլեկտրակայանն առաջին ծրագիրն է, որ ֆինանսավորվել է «Ամբեր Կապիտալ» ընկերության կողմից կառավարվող Եվրամիություն-Հայաստան ՓՄՁ բաժնեմասնակցային հիմնադրամի միջոցներով, որտեղ էլ ներդրում է կատարել Ամունդի-Ակբա Ասեթ Մենեջմենթը: Ընկերությունը կուտակային կենսաթոշակային «Հավասարակշռված» և «Պահպանողական» ֆոնդերի միջոցներից ներդրում է կատարել տնտեսության իրական հատվածում։ Ամունդի-Ակբայի ներդրումը կազմում է Եվրամիություն - Հայաստան ՓՄՁ ֆոնդի ընդհանուր միջոցների շուրջ 10%-ը։

2020-ի ընթացքում Եվրամիություն-Հայաստան ՓՄՁ ֆոնդը «Սոլիս» կայանին ֆինանսավորել է 2,9 մլրդ դրամով։ Ներդրման 830 մլն դրամը կազմում են ֆոնդի միջոցները, մնացածը՝ շուրջ 75%-ը, ֆոնդը ներգրավել է փոխառու միջոցների հաշվին։ Սա նաև նշանակում է, որ Ամունդի-Ակբայի կողմից կառավարվող «Հավասարակշռված» և «Պահպանողական» ֆոնդերի շահառուները անուղղակիորեն նաև էլեկտրակայանի բաժնետեր են՝ ընկերության կատարած ներդրման համամասնությամբ։

«Մեր ընկերության համար շատ կարևոր է ունենալ ներդրումային միջավայր և հնարավորություն ունենալ կուտակային կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդերի միջոցներն ուղղել տնտեսության իրական հատված։ Մի կողմից մենք կառավարում ենք ապագա կենսաթոշակառուների գումարները, և ցանկացած ներդրում պետք է համապատասխանի օրենսդրությանն ու մեր չափանիշներին, մյուս կողմից տնտեսության իրական հատվածում ներդրումներ կատարելով՝ մենք նպաստում ենք տնտեսության զարգացմանը և նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը։ Բացի այդ, ցանկացած ներդրում պետք է ունենա  երկարաժամկետ եկամտաբերություն և համապատասխանի ESG` «բնապահպանություն, սոցիալական քաղաքականություն և կառավարում» չափանիշներին, որոնք պետք է զարգացնել Հայաստանում։ Մենք կարողացանք ներդրում կատարել ֆոնդի ստեղծման պահին և այսօր Եվրամիություն-Հայաստան ՓՄՁ ֆոնդում առաջին մասնավոր ներդրողն ենք` 6 միլիոն դոլար ներդնելու հանձնառությամբ։ Սա մասնավոր բաժնեմասնակցային ֆոնդ է, որը ներդրումներն իրականացնելու է տնտեսության իրական հատվածում՝ հայկական ընկերություններում տնտեսական գործունեություն զարգացնելու նպատակով»,- նշել է Ամունդի-Ակբա Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ ընկերության տնօրեն Ժան Մազեջյանը:

«Մեզ բախտ վիճակվեց ունենալ Ամունդի-Ակբայի նման ներդրող, որն ի սկզբանե մեզ աջակցեց և համաձայնեց ներդրում անել և դառնալ մեր հիմնական ներդրողներից մեկը։ Կայանի պանելները երկկողմանի են, ինչը թույլ է տալիս ունենալ ավելի բարձր արդյունավետություն և ավելի բարձր արտադրանք 1ք/մ-ից։ Մեր պլանային արտադրանքը տարեկան լինելու է 7․5-7․8 միլիոն կիլովատ ժամ, որը թույլ կտա մատակարարել 4000 տնային տնտեսությունների էլեկտրաէներգիա»,- նշում է «Սոլիս» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն, Եվրամիություն-Հայաստան ֆոնդի ներկայացուցիչ Կարեն Արաբյանը:
