«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել «Սպառազինվելու հրամայականը» վերտառությամբ.

«Հնդկական մամուլի տվյալներով, Հնդկաստանի Բարաթ ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է առաջիկա երեք տարիներին մոտ 150 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր արժեքով գերարդիական ATAGS հրանոթներ մատակարարել Հայաստանին։ Ճշգրիտ թվի մասին չի խոսվում, բայց ենթադրաբար, խոսքը կարող է գնալ 60-70 այդպիսի հրանոթների և նրանց ռազմամթերքի մասին։

Այս հրանոթները կրակում են 155 մմ կալիբրի արկեր, ունեն մինչև 48 կմ կրակային հեռահարություն (իր տեսակի մեջ լավագույնն է աշխարհում), մինչև 5 արկ րոպեում, և իրենց տեխնիկական տվյալներով, լավագույններից են աշխարհում։ Հրանոթներն արդեն փորձարկված են լեռնային մարտական գործողությունների պայմաններում, և իրենց բավական լավ են դրսևորել, ներկայումս 150 այդպիսի հրանոթ գտնվում է հնդկական բանակի զինանոցում։ Նախկինում Հայաստանն արդեն Հնդկաստանից գնել էր նաև հակահրետանային տեղորոշման «Սվազի» արդիական ռադարային համակարգեր, նրանք կարող են օգտագործվել այս հրանոթների հետ համակցության մեջ, և բարձրացնել նրանց խոցման արդյունավետությունը։

Այս և Հնդկաստանի հետ քննարկվող մյուս ռազմատեխնիկական գործարքները ոչ միայն կարևոր են հայկական բանակի խիստ տուժած սպառազինությունը համալրելու համար, այլև դիվերսիֆիկացնում են Հայաստան զենքի մատակարարումների աշխարհագրությունը, և կարևոր քայլ է՝ ի դեմս Հնդկաստանի նոր ռազմավարական դաշնակից ձեռք բերելու ուղղությամբ։

Ողջունելով մեր բանակը սպառազինելու այս կարևոր, թեև փաստացի խիստ ուշացած քայլը, ակնկալում եմ բանակի ղեկավարությունից՝ արդյունավետ օգտագործել այս և նախկինում գնած համարժեք արդիական սպառազինությունը, և մոտ ժամանակներում պատրաստվել արդեն կոշտ հակահարված տալ Հայաստանի տարածքը ներխուժած թշնամական հրոսակներին»։
