«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Այն բանից հետո, երբ պարզ դարձավ, որ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը ծածուկ մի նախագիծ է շրջանառում, որով նախատեսում է «5-8 բուհ թողնելու» ծրագրի շրջանակներում միավորել Հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանը, Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանը և Հայաստանի ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի պետական ինստիտուտը, բավական մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացավ, Բրյուսովի անվան համալսարանի ուսանողները նույնիսկ դասադուլ հայտարարեցին: Արդյունքում, ինչպես երևում է, գործընթացը սառեցվել է և տեղափոխվել նոր «փուլ»:
Նախօրեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշում է ստորագրել, որով նախատեսվում է ստեղծել բուհական ուղղությունների ցանկ և բովանդակություն մշակող աշխատանքային խումբ, որը պետք է մինչև 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ը մշակի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետին ներկայացնի բուհական համակարգի արդիականացման վերաբերյալ վերլուծական տեղեկանք: Խմբում ներառված են ոլորտի պատասխանատու պաշտոնյաներ և ԱԺ համապատասխան հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ու տեղակալը: Մի խոսքով, բացառապես «քպական» աշխատանքային խումբ, որտեղ միակ «չուժոյը» ԳԱԱ նախագահն է, որին, ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, ստիպված ու դժկամությամբ են ներառել, ինչպես ասում են, «ըստ պաշտոնի»:
Ուշագրավ է, որ այս խմբում ներառված չեն ոլորտի փորձագետները կամ բուհերի ներկայացուցիչները: Սա արդեն իսկ կրթության մասնագետների տարակուսանքն է առաջ բերել: Իհարկե, իշխանությունները կարող են հայտարարել, թե այս խումբը կհրավիրի նաև փորձագետների, քննարկումներ կիրականացնի բուհերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, սակայն, նախ՝ ինչպես փորձն է ցույց տալիս, այս իշխանությունների բոլոր նման «քննարկումները» ձևական են լինում, իսկ հրավիրյալները՝ միայն «սվոյներ», և հետո՝ ժամկետը չափազանց կարճ է խելքը գլխին որևէ եզրակացության հանգելու համար: Թե ինչու են այսքան շտապում, մնում է հարցական...
