Իսլանդիա կատարած այցի երկրորդ օրը ՀՀ վարչապետի տիկին Աննա Հակոբյանը «Ռեյկյավիկի գլոբալ Ֆորում. կին առաջնորդներ» խորագրով ամենամյա համաժողովի շրջանակներում մասնակցել է «Գենդերային հավասարության պաշտպանություն և առողջություն՝ բոլորի համար» խորագրով քննարկմանը և  հանդես եկել խոսքով՝  նշելով, որ նման գաղափարախոսությամբ է առաջնորդվում Հայաստանի կառավարությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի տիկին Աննա Հակոբյանի գրասենյակից, Աննա Հակոբյանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարության վերջին տարիների քայլերը միտված են առողջապահական ոլորտում առաջընթացին՝  հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելով մոր և մանկան առողջությանը, պարտադիր առողջապահական համակարգի ներդրմանը և մի շարք այլ ծրագրերի:

Ըստ վարչապետի տիկնոջ՝ կառավարության քաղաքական կամքը ապացուցվում է նաև առողջապահական համակարգի բյուջեի ավելացմամբ, ինչը հնարավոր է դարձնում առաջնահերթություն դարձած բարեփոխումների իրականացումը։

Աննա Հակոբյանը քննարկման մասնակիցներին նաև վստահեցրել է, որ արվելու  է հնարավոր ամեն բան բարձր պաշտոններում կանանց ներգրավվածությունը Հայաստանում բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ:

«Վարչապետի տիկինը ներկա է եղել նաև «Երբ մենք քայլում ենք սառույցի վրայով, կարող ենք նաև պարել», «Կանանց առաջնորդության կարևորությունը» խորագրով պանելային քննարկումներին: Բանախոսների թվում էին Իսլանդիայի վարչապետ Կատրին Յակոբսդոուտիրը, ՄԱԿ-ի Գենդերային հավասարության և կանանց հզորացման կառույցի գործադիր տնօրեն Սիմա Սամի Բահուսը, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության կանանց հիմնախնդիրների հարցերով ավագ մասնագետ Կատրինա Ֆոտովատը և այլ ազդեցիկ կանայք գրեթե ամբողջ աշխարհից»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Նշվում է, որ «Կանայք, պատերազմը և խաղաղությունը» խորագրով պանելային քննարկման բանախոսներից էր Իսպանիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Մարգարիտա Ռոբլես Ֆերնանդեսը, ում խոսքով՝ այս պահին աշխարհում շարունակվող շուրջ 30 պատերազմ կա, որոնցից հիմնականում տուժում են հենց կանայք:  Ռոբլեսն օրինակ է բերել իրենց զինված ուժերը, որի կազմում մեծ թվով կանայք կան, և այդ համատեքստում կարևորել է նրանց ներգրավածությունը բանակային գործում: Ըստ նախարարի՝ Իսպանիայում քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում կոնֆլիկտների հանգուցալուծման գործում կանանց դերն ավելացնելու ուղղությամբ՝ վստահ լինելով, որ կանայք աշխարհը փոխելու մեծ ներուժ ունեն։ Զինվորական համազգեստով կանայք պետք է աշխարհում ավելի շատ լինեն, ինչը կնպաստի հենց խաղաղությանը՝ նշել է նախարարը։

Ֆորումի շրջանակում Աննա Հակոբյանը կարճ զրույց է ունեցել Իսլանդիայի չորրորդ նախագահ Վիգդիս Ֆիննբոգադոուտտիրի հետ, որը համարվում է աշխարհում առաջին կինը, ով ընտրվել է սահմանադրական և ժողովրդավար պետության ղեկավար:
