«Հրապարակը» գրում է. «Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ համայնքի Պեմզաշեն բնակավայրում այսօր 31-ամյա կնոջ եւ իր ութ եւ տասներկու տարեկան երեխաների դիակներն էին հայտնաբերել։ Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, տեսարանը սարսափեցրել է իրավապահներին, ավելին` տեղի ունեցածը շատ նման է Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանությանը։ Երեխաների ու մոր մարմինները տուկի թելով կապկպված են եղել, իսկ մայրը` կախված։ Զոհերին կտրող գործիքով մորթել են։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, գյուղի ելումուտի մասում տեսախցիկներ կան, գյուղի տարածքում եւս, ուստի անհնար կլիներ, որ անծանոթ կամ օտար մարդկանց մուտքը ֆիքսված չլիներ, նույնիսկ եթե դա գիշերը լիներ։ Մեր աղբյուրը նշեց, որ զարմանալին այն է, որ իրավապահները նշում են, թե հանցագործության որեւէ հետք չկա, որեւէ կասկածյալ չկա։ Ինչը ավելի մեծ խուճապի ու անհանգստության տեղիք է տվել գյուղում:

Այս պահին ամենահավանական վարկածը, որը քննարկվում է բնակիչների շրջանում թշնամու դիվերսիան է: Մարդիկ ասում են, որ նոյեմբերի 9-10-ի առիթով մեր թշնամիները, որոնք սիրում են այս օրերին սիմվոլիկ զոհաբերություններ անել, կարող են սահմանն անցած լինել եւ հայի մատաղ անել։ Բայց դրա մասին որեւէ ապացույց առայժմ չկա:

Մի վարկած էլ շրջանառվում է ամուսնու պարտքերի հետ կապված, ով մեկնել է Ռուսաստան, ընտանիքին թողնելով պարտատերերի ձեռքում պատանդ: Բայց մեր աղբյուրը նշեց ,որ Պեմզաշենի բնակչությունը շատ պատվախնդիր, միմյանց հասնող ու արժանապատիվ մարդիկ են եւ ամուսնու պարտքերի պատճառով սպանությունը ամենաքիչ հավանականն է»:
