Առողջության առաջնային օղակի բարեփոխումները՝ հերթերի կառավարման, փաստաթղթերի, մատյանների եւ դեղատոմսերի թվայնացման համակարգը Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքով ներդրվել է մեկ տարի առաջ։ Այս մասին այսօր, նոյեմբերի 9-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց Առողջապահության փոխնախարար Արտակ Ջումայանը։

Ջումայանի խոսքով՝ հունիսից սկսած կենտրոնական գնումներով դուրս գրվող դեղորայքը հնարավոր է ստանալ միայն էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմոսով, էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության «Արմեդ» համակարգի միջոցով։  Մինչ այս պահը էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով 60 հազարից ավելի դեղատոմս է դուրս գրվել։ Բժիշկը համակարգի մեջ ընտրում է համապատասխան չափաբաժինը, քանակը եւ քաղաքացուն ուղորդում է դեղատուն։ Քաղաքացին դեղատանը ներկայացնում է անձը հաստատող տվյալները, աշխատակիցը ներբեռնում է տվյալները, տեսնում դեղատոմսը եւ տրամադրում դեղորայքը։

«Դեղորայքի ցանկը պոլիկլինիկաներին փոխանցել է նախարարությունը։ Դեղորայքը դիաբետով, նյարդաբանական խնդիրներով, պարբերական հիվանդություններով պացիենտների համար է։ Քրոնիկ հիվանդների դեպքում, որոնց համար ամեն ամիս նույն դեղերն են դուրս գրվում, նույն չափով, «Արմեդ» համակարգում կա շաբլոնային ձեւաչափ, որտեղ արդեն հետագա դուրսգրումների գործընթացը կտեւի ավելի կարճ։ Ոչ մի տեսակի թղթե դեղատոմս այլեւս գոյություն չունի»,- ասաց Ջումայանը։

Փոխնախարարի խոսքով՝ համակարգի միջոցով հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել տեսնելու բժիշկների եւ բուժքույրերի շարունակական զարգացումները, կրթության մակարդակը եւ զբաղվածությունը։ Հաջորդ տարվանից այս համակարգը կգործի նաեւ Երեւանից դուրս։

«Առաջանային օղակում նախատեսված է նաեւ աշխատավարձի բարձրացում։ Բուժքույրերի եւ բժիշկների որակների գնահատում է լինելու է եւ ըստ այդմ բարձրանալու է նրանց աշխատավարձերը։ Ունենք 32 տեսակի ցուցանիշ։ Քաղաքացու ճանապարհն ամբողջովին մենք տեսնելու ենք։ Զանգից, այցելությունից մինչեւ ախտորոշումը եւ բուժման նշանակումը»,- ներկայացրեց Ջումայանը։

Մատյանների լրացումը եւ հերթագրումները նույնպես թվայնացվում են։ Այժմ «Արմեդ» հավելվածից օգտվում է 715 հազար մարդ, որոնք միջինում գոնե մեկ անգամ օգտվում են համակարգից։
