Ինչպե՞ս են Իսպանիայում արևային էներգիա արտադրում

Իսպանիայում վերջին ամիսներին նկատվում է ավտոնոմ էլեկտրակայանների բուռն աճ։ Քաղաքացիներն ու ընկերությունները փորձում են մասամբ էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրել արևային վահանակների օգնությամբ, որպեսզի ավելի քիչ կախվածություն ունենան գլոբալ էներգետիկ շուկայից։
Իսպանական «Սոլար կոնսալտինգ» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Լավրո Ռամոսի խոսքով՝ Իսպանիան ներկայումս ապրում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության իսկական բում, որը աճում է մեծ արագությամբ։
Քաղաքացիները իրենք են գնում արևային վահանակներ, տեղադրում սեփական տների վրա, ինչը թույլ է տալիս նրանց կրճատել մինչև 40 տոկոսը էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսերի։ Իսկ եթե ինվերտորներին գումարենք նաև մարտկոցները և այլ կուտակիչներ, այդ կրճատումները կարող են կազմել մինչև 60 տոկոս, իսկ մի քանի տարի անց ընդհանրապես Իսպանիայի քաղաքացիները կազատվեն էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար վարձավճարներից, ավելին իրենք կկարողանան ցանցին էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարել։
Ներկայումս գործում է 1.3 միլիարդ եվրոյի չափով հիմնադրամ, որտեղ ևս կես միլիարդ եվրո առաջիկա օրերին կավելացվի, ինչը թույլ կտա իրականացնել 160 հազար հայտեր արևային վահանակների տեղադրման համար։ Եթե կարիքավորները, կամ ավելի ցածր եկամուտ ունեցողները հույսը դրել են պետական հիմնադրամի արդյունավետության վրա, ինչը նշենք բավականին բարձր է, ապա որոշակի խնայողություններ ունեցող քաղաքացիներն արդեն իսկ կարողանում են իրենք գնել արևային վահանակները և տեղադրել իրենց տների վրա։
Այս ամենը պարզորոշ ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես կարող է մի առանձին վերցրած պետություն գիտակցել իր առջև կանգնած էներգետիկ խնդիրները և փորձել առնավազն, մասամբ լուծել դրանք։
Իսպանիայում իդեպ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող որևէ ընկերություն չկա, ամբողջը ներմուծվում է։ Ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի, որտեղ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», իսպանացիները չեն կարող իրենք ինքնարժեքով կամ իրենց երկրում արտադրված վահանակների հույսին մնալ, ստիպված ներմուծում են այլ երկրներից։
Իսկ մեր երկիրը, ունենալով բավականին լուրջ հնարավորություններ այդ առումով, նույնիսկ ձեռնամուխ էլ չի լինում սեփական էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը ապահովելուն։
