ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը միացել է «Թույլատվական փաստաթղթեր» էլեկտրոնային համակարգին:

Այսուհետ էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության մասնակիցները կարող են դիմել և ստանալ մշակութային արժեքների արտահանման, ներմուծման թույլտվություն բացառապես էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ առանց այցելելու որևէ պետական մարմին:

Փաստաթղթերի համակարգը հասանելի է «ՀՀ արտաքին առևտրի ազգային մեկ պատուհանի» trade.gov.am հարթակում:

Տեղեկացնենք, որ ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն ներդրել է «Թույլատվական փաստաթղթերի» էլեկտրոնային համակարգ, որի միջոցով արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության մասնակիցները կարող են դիմել և ստանալ արտահանման, ներմուծման, ինչպես նաև տարանցման ժամանակ կիրառվող ցանկացած լիցենզիա կամ թույլտվություն բացառապես էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ առանց որևէ պետական մարմին այցելելու: Գործընթացը փուլային եղանակով մեկնարկել է 2021 թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ից:

Էլեկտրոնային հարթակի միջոցով տնտեսվարողները և ֆիզիկական անձինք մաքսային ձևակերպումների իրականացման և անհրաժեշտ թույլտվությունների փաստաթղթեր ստանալու նպատակով կարող են ցանկացած վայրից ու ցանկացած պահի մուտքագրել սահմանով տեղափոխվող կամ տեղափոխման ենթակա ապրանքների վերաբերյալ բոլոր տվյալները՝ լրացնելով ընդամենը մեկ հայտ «Թույլատվական փաստաթղթեր» համակարգում։

Համակարգը տեխնիկական անհրաժեշտ ստուգումներ իրականացնելուց հետո ինքնաշխատ կերպով կձևավորի  և կուղարկի անհրաժեշտ   ենթահայտեր   իրավասու   բոլոր  պետական  գերատեսչություններին, ինչպես նաև  արտաքին  տնտեսական  գործունեության  իրականացման գործընթացում ներգրավված ոչ պետական կառույցներին։
