Երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 7-ին, կրակոց է հնչել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 12։25-ի սահմաններում «Վեդու» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «աջ ստորին վերջույթի հրազենային վիրավորում, կոտորակ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի, գրում է shamshyan.com-ը։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորի կյանքի համար, ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Արարատի մարզի Ոսկետափ գյուղի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Կարեն Սարգսյանն է։ Ու մինչ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում ծանրութեթև էին անում, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում է տեղի ունեցել դեպքը, ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները՝ վաչության պետ Ս․ Ռուստամյանի գլխավորոթյամբ, պարզել են, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 12։00-ի սահմաններում Ոսկետափ գյուղի Մոնթեի փողոցի 8 հասցեում գտնվող ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետում Կ․ Սարգսյանին իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող ողորկափող հրացանով հրազենային վնասվածք է պատճառել նույն գյուղի բնակիչ 27-ամյա Արթուր Հովսեփյանը։
Ոստիկաննները պարզել են նաև, որ նշված ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետից նույն գյուղի բնակիչ 16-ամյա Արման Ի․-ն հրազենը տարել և թաքցրել է իրենց բակի կիսակառույց շինության առաջին հարկում։ Ժամեր անց Արարատի մարզի ոստիկանները Ոսկետափ գյուղում հայտնաբերել են Արման Ի․-ին, և տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացրել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդու քննչական բաժին Ոստիակնները հայտնաբերել են նաև «Իժ» տեսակի մեկ փողանի ողորկափող հրացան իր 7 հատ դատարկ և 11 հատ լիցքավորված 16 տ/չ փամփուշտներով։
Դեպքի փաստով Վեդու քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Քննիչի որոշմամբ վիրավորին տրվել է դատաբժշկի ուղեգիր, հրացանն էլ առգրավվել է։
