«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Տրանսպորտային միջոցներում նախկինում տեղադրված գազաբալոնների վկայագրման գործընթացը բավականին սուր ընթացք ստացավ և համապատասխան լիցենզավորված կազմակերպություններում հատկապես մայիսից սկսվեց հսկայական հերթերի կուտակումը: Արդեն հուլիսին այնպիսի վիճակ էր ստեղծվել, որ հերթը հասնում էր մինչև... տարեվերջ: Ի վերջո, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունը հայտարարեց, որ գազաբալոնների վկայագրման համար լիցենզավորված ընկերություններում արդեն հերթագրված տրանսպորտային միջոցները օգոստոսի 1-ից գազալիցքավորման կայաններում կարող են լցավորվել՝ ներկայացնելով լիցենզավորված ընկերություններում գազաբալոնների վկայագրման համար հերթագրումը հավաստող փաստաթուղթը:
Սակայն այս ամբողջ ընթացքում որևէ գազալցակայանում ո՛չ վկայագրման, ո՛չ հերթագրման փաստաթուղթ չեն պահանջում: Որքան էլ ստուգումն ու վկայագրումը անվտանգության տեսանկյունից կարևոր է, պարտաճանաչ վարորդների շրջանում առաջ է գալիս անարդարության և «անիմաստ ծախս» անելու զգացողություն: «Փաստը» դիմել է ՏԿԵՆ՝ ճշտելու, թե ներկա դրությամբ քանի տրանսպորտային միջոց է վկայագրվել: Նախարարությունից հարցմանն ի պատասպան տեղեկացրել են, որ, ըստ գազաբալոնների պարբերական վկայագրման շտեմարանի տվյալների, 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 4-ի դրությամբ վկայագրվել է 130783 տրանսպորտային միջոց։ Մեզ հետաքրքրում էր, թե ընդհանուր առմամբ գազով աշխատող քանի տրանսպորտային միջոց կա Հայաստանում, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի պատկերացնել, թե վերոնշյալ թիվը ընդհանուրի որ մասն է կազմում:
ՏԿԵՆ-ից պատասխանել են, որ ստույգ տվյալների չեն տիրապետում: «Մինչև գազաբալոնների տեղադրումը և վկայագրումը լիցենզավորման ենթակա գործունեության տեսակների ցանկում ներառելը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գազաբալոնները տեղադրվել են առանց հաշվառման, ուստի տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունը սեղմված բնական կամ հեղուկացված նավթային գազով շահագործվող տրանսպորտային միջոցների ստույգ տվյալների չի տիրապետում»,-նշված է նախարարության պատասխանում։
