Բոլոր հարցումների, կանխատեսումների համաձայն, ԱՄՆ-ում միջանկյալ ընտրությունների արդյունքում Ներկայացուցիչների պալատում հանրապետականները կկազմեն մեծամասնություն՝ վերցնելով իշխանությունը դեմոկրատներից: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 7-ին, «Տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներ. Արցախ-Հայաստան» խորագրով քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, սա լուրջ խնդիրներ է ստեղծելու նախագահ Բայդենի համար, նա լուրջ բարդություններ է ունենալու իր օրակարգը սպասարկելու համար: Սա նաեւ լուրջ խնդիրներ է ստեղծելու դեմոկրատների համար հաջորդ նախագահական ընտրություններում:

«Սենատում շատ մոտ են թվեր, մրցակցությունը լուրջ է: Այս պահի դրությամբ սենատորի թեկնածուներից մեկը ազգությամբ թուրք Մահմոեդ Օզն է, որը Էրդողանի լավագույն բարեկամներից մեկն է»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Անդրադառնալով ԱՄՆ ազգային անվտանգության նոր ռազմավարությանը, Սուրեն Սարգսյանն ասաց. «ԱՄՆ-ի ազգային անվտանգության ոնոր ռազմավարության մեջ հիմնական պրոբլեմը դիտարկվում է ոչ թե Ռուսաստանը, այլ Չինաստանը, քանի որ Չինաստանը շատ չափանիշներով անցել է ԱՄՆ-ից: Եթե ԱՄՆ-ն համարվում է աշխարհի 15-րդ տնտեսությունը, Չինաստանը դառնում է առաջին տնտեսությունը:

Իհարկե, նաեւ մրցակցությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ: Միշտ էլ մեր տարածաշրջանում ԱՄՆ-ի պլան մաքսիմումը եղել է Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղելը, պլան մինիմումը՝ գոնե բալանսավորելը Ռուսաստանին: Այս առումով ոչինչ չի փոխվել»:

Նա նկատեց, որ ընդունված կարծիք կա, որ դրա լավագույն լուծումը հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն ու Ղարաբաղի խնդրի լուծումն է, որը մեխանիկորեն այնպիսի իրավիճակ է ստեղծելու, որ ռուսական ռազմական ներկայությունը Հայաստանում եւ տարածաշրջանում չլինի:

«Հիմա էլ ԱՄՆ-ն ակտիվացել է, որովհետեւ հիմա էլ  կա հնարավորություն այդ հարցերը կարգավորելու համար: Բայց այս անգամ կա մի էական տարբերություն. Պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ է, որ Հայաստանը գնում է ըստ էության, թուրքական նախապայմանները բավարարած: Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումը մեր արտաքին քաղաքականության օրակարգից հանված է, ԼՂ խնդիրն էլ, տեսնեւմ եք՝ ինչ վիճակում է գտնվում:

Այսինքն Հայաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի միջեւ երկկողմ բարձր մակարդակի շփումները երկկողմ օրակարգի հետ, վստահ եմ, որեւէ աղերս չունեն: Հայ-ամերիկյան օրակարգ չկա, կա տարածաշրջանում ամերիկյան օրակարգ»,-ընդգծեց քաղաքագետը:
