Շվեդիան հայտնել է Սիրիայում քրդական միավորումներին այլևս չաջակցելու մասին

Շվեդիայի նոր կառավարությունն այլևս հանդես չի գալիս ի պաշտպանություն Սիրիայում գործող քրդական միավորումների՝ «Ժողովրդական պաշտպանության ստորաբաժանումների» (YPG) և «Ժողովրդավարական միության» (PYD)։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Շվեդական ռադիոյին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Շվեդիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Թոբիաս Բիլստրյոմը։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս հայտարարությունն արվել է Շվեդիայի վարչապետ Ուլֆ Կրիստերսոնի՝  նոյեմբերի 8-ին Անկարա կատարելիք այցի նախաշեմին։ Հենց այդ այցի շրջանակում նախատեսվում են բանակցություններ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ՝ քննարկելու Շվեդիայի՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցության դիմումը վավերացնելու հարցը։

«Այս կազմակերպությունները սերտ շփումներ ունեն Քրդական բանվորական կուսակցության հետ, որը ԵՄ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների ցուցակում է։ Մեզ համար կարևոր է, որ երկիմաստ շփումներ չլինեն։ Շվեդիայի համար կարևոր է հեռավորություն պահպանել այդ կազմակերպություններից։ Մենք լավ հարաբերություններ ենք ուզում Թուրքիայի հետ»,- ասել է Բիլստրյոմը։

YPG-ն համարվում է Սիրիայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի և ԱՄՆ դաշնակիցը։ Նախկինում Շվեդիան ևս աջակցում էր YPG-ին և PYD-ին, որոնց Թուրքիան ահաբեկչական է որակում։

Շվեդիան և Ֆինլանդիան մայիսի 18-ին ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ դառնալու դիմում էին ներկայացրել, սակայն այս գործընթացը արգելակել էր Թուրքիան՝ պահանջելով, որ այդ երկրները քրդական կազմակերպություններն ահաբեկչական համարեն, հանձնեն ահաբեկչության կամ Թուրքիայի 2016 թվականի ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձի մեջ մեղադրվող անձանց։
