Այսօր ԱԺ-ում 2023թ. պետական բյուջեն ներկայացնելիս՝ Նիկոլն ասել է բառացիորեն հետևյալը. " կառավարության նպատակադրումն է, որ Հայաստանում ուսուցիչները ստանան 800 հազար, 900 հազար, 1 մլն 200 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ, և կամավոր ատեստավորման համակարգը դա կարող է թույլ տալ: Ուսուցիչները կարող են իրենք որոշում կայացնել իրենց աշխատավարձերի կրկնապատկման և նույնիսկ եռապատկման մասին":
Ըստ կապիտուլյանտ կառավարության, ՀՀ-ում շատ քիչ թվով ուսուցիչներ են ատեստավորվել, և առայժմ քչերին է հաջողվել ավելացնել իրենց աշխատավարձը, և կառվարությունը պետք է քաջալերի, որպեսզի բոլորն ատեստավորվեն: Ենաթադրենք քաջալերեցին և ասենք թե երկու-երեք տարվա ընթացքում բոլոր ուսուցիչները, կամ նրանց մեծ մասն ատեստավորվեցին:
Որպեսզի ուսուցչի աշխատավարձը, ինչպես Նիկոլն է ասում, դառնա 800 հազարից մինչև 1 միլիոն դրամ, անհրաժեշտ է, որ ՀՀ հանրակրթության ոլորտին հատկացվի առնվազն 288 –ից մինչև 300 միլիարդ դրամ:
2021-23թթ, այսինքն երկու տարվա ընթացքում, հանրակրթության բյուջեն աճել է 23%-ով՝ 103 մլրդ-ից նախատեսվելով 127 մլրդ: Որպեսզի բոլոր ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձը դառնա նվազագույնը 800 հազար դրամ, անհրաժեշտ է, որ հանրակրթության բյուջեն աճի շուրջ 280%-ով: Եթե երկու տարում ընդամենը աճեցրել են 23%-ով, ապա նորանոր տնտեսական հրաշքների արդյունքում, լավագույն դեպքում 10-ից 12 տարի հետո միայն հնարավոր կլինի հասնել Նիկոլի այսօր հնչեցրած քաղցր ստերի իրագործմանը:
Ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձերի կտրուկ աճի մասին խոսելը լավ բան է, եթե ասես նաև, թե ե՞րբ և ինչպե՞ս կարող ես այն իրականացնել: Իսկ վարչապետի մակարդակով անընդհատ ստելը՝ վատ բան է, հատկապես, որ խոսում ես ուսուցիչների մասին, որոնք իրենց գործի նվիրյալներ են, չեն մտածում բիզնեսմենի հոգեբանությամբ և հստակ գիտակցում են իրենց աստվածային առաքելությունը:
