ria.ru–ն «Կարծիք. Ե՞րբ կարող է խաղաղություն կնքվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ չարժե Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև շուտափույթ համաձայնություն և խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրում ակնկալել, այդ գործընթացը կտևի տարիներ, եթե ոչ տասնամյակներ։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել ria.ru– ին Խաղաղապահ նախաձեռնությունների և կոնֆլիկտաբանության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Դենիս Դենիսովը՝ մեկնաբանելով Սոչիի բանակցությունների արդյունքները։ Նրա խոսքով, այն փաստը, որ կայացել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հանդիպումը, ինքնին արդեն իսկ մեծ պլ յուս է, և զարմանալի ոչինչ չկա նրանում, որ վերջնական հայտարարությունից որոշ կետեր հանվել են պայմանավորված անհամապատասխան դիրքորոշումներով:

«Այսինքն, ինչպես միշտ, պայմանավորվել են շարունակել բանակցությունները, արդյունքը պետք է լինի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, որը, բնականաբար, հիմնված կլինի փոխզիջումների վրա։ Հիմա ամենակարևորը տեսնելն է, թե արդյո՞ք կողմերը պատրաստ են այդ փոխզիջումներին»,կարծիք է հայտնել կոնֆլիկտագետը։ Նա նշել է, որ Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև կան բազմաթիվ բարդ հարցեր, որոնք պահանջում են լրացուցիչ քննարկում և կարգավորում, մասնավորապես Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման հարցը։ «Խաղաղապահների մանդատը հինգ տարով է, սակայն Հայաստանը հանդես է եկել նախաձեռնությամբ, որ նրանք այնտեղ մնան մոտ 20 տարի։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Բաքուն ընդունելի չի համարում, որ Երևանը քննարկում է այդ հարցը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ խաղաղապահները, ըստ Բաքվի, գտնվում են ադրբեջանական տարածքում»,- պարզաբանել է Դենիսովը:

Փորձագետի խոսքով, հիմա այդ բանակցությունների հիմնական բեռը տեղափոխվել է երկու երկրների կառավարությունների կողմից լիազորված փորձագետների խմբերի վրա, սակայն լուրջ հիմքեր չկան ակնկալելու, որ այդ գործընթացը կտրուկ կակտիվանա, և խաղաղության պայմանագիր կմշակվի ու կստորագրվի ամենակարճ հեռանկարում: «Կողմերը դեռևս ունեն բավականին բարձր անվստահություն միմյանց նկատմամբ, բանակցային գործընթացը չափազանց բարդ է և հաճախ հակասական, քանի որ կողմերը ինչ-որ հայտարարություններ են անում, իսկ հետո դրանք գործնականում չեն իրականացվում։ Այսպիսով, մենք դեռ շատ երկար ժամանակ ունենք այդ հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար, որը կարող է ձգվել տարիներ, նույնիսկ տասնամյակներ»,- ամփոփել է վերլուծաբանը։
