Մինսկը մշտապես հանդես է եկել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման օգտին, հայտարարել է Բելառուսի ԱԳՆ-ն։

Ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը մեկնաբանել էր Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարությունները Երեւանի եւ Բաքվի միջեւ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ։  ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն նշել էր, որ Մինսկի դիրքորոշումն այս հարցում դաշնակցային չէ։

«Գիտեք, Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն շատ օրիգինալ դիրքորոշում է որդեգրել: Բելառուսն իր պատմության ընթացքում ոչ թե խոսքերով, այլ գործով է հաստատում իր դաշնակցային պարտավորությունների նկատմամբ հավատարմությունը։ Այդ թվում՝ ներկա ծանր պահին»,- ասված է Բելառուսի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Անատոլի Գլազի մեկնաբանության մեջ, որը հրապարակված է նախարարության կայքում։

Նա ընդգծել է, որ այս ակնհայտ փաստը կասկածի տակ դնելը ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ է։ Ըստ Գլազի՝ Մինսկի արտաքին քաղաքականության առանձնահատկություններից մեկը պարկեշտությունն է. «Հետևաբար, ապագայում մեր գործընկերներն ու դաշնակիցները կարող են վստահ լինել մեզ վրա»,- հավելել է Գլազը։

«Եթե մյուս երկրները նույն կերպ վարվեին, ապա շատ խնդիրներից հնարավոր կլիներ խուսափել»,- ասել է նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարությունները «հիմնված են իրականության վրա, հասկանալի ու  դաշնակցային կերպով ազնիվ են»։

«Հենց այս բաց ձևով, առանց քաղաքական խաղերի և ինտրիգների, պետք է քննարկել հարցերը, երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է մարդկանց ճակատագրերին և կյանքին», - շարունակել է Գլազը:
