Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

ԱԺ-ում պետբյուջեի քննարկման ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը անդրադարձ է կատարել նաև Արցախի հարցի լուծման ռուսական և արևմտյան հայեցակարգերին՝ նշելով․

«Տեղյակ եք, որ կա ռուսական առաջարկ կամ հայեցակարգ և կա ոչ ռուսական հայեցակարգ։ Փորձ էր արվում տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե ՀՀ կառավարության քայլերը հակասության մեջ են մտնում ռուսական հայեցակարգի հետ։ Դա իհարկե այդպես չէ։ Քանի որ հայեցակարգերի հեղինակները արդեն ներկայացրել են հայեցակարգերի նրբությունները, ես կարող եմ անդրադառնալ դրանց։ Ռուսաստանի մեր գործընկերների կարծիքով ճիշտ մոտեցումը կլինի այն, որ ԼՂ կարգավիճակի հարցը հետաձգվի անորոշ ժամանակով։ Սա հիմնավորվում է նրանով, որ այս պահին օբյեկտիվորեն չկա հնարավորություն գտնել՝ մի կարգավիճակ, որը փոխընդունելի կլինի, առաջարկի իմաստը այն է, որ կարգավիճակի հարցը հետաձգվի»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Վերջինս անդրադարձավ այն հարցին, թե որքանով է ՀՀ կառավարության քաղաքականությունը համապատասխանում այդ տեսլականի հետ։

«Պետք է ասեմ, որ լիարժեք և հարյուր տոկոսով է համապատասխանում։ Կա հարցի երեք կոմպոնենտ՝ ԼՂ հայության անվտանգություն, իրավունքներ և կարգավիճակ։ Մենք համաձայնվել ենք ռուսաստանցի մեր գործընկերների հետ, որ հիմա չարժե այդ թեման փորձել լուծել, որովհետև դա կբերի անխուսափելի ճգնաժամի»,- նշեց Փաշինյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Սոչիի եռակողմ հայտարարության՝ Փաշինյանը ընդգծեց, որ մինչև վերջին պահը հայկական կողմը պնդել, որ հղում կատարվի ռուսական առաջարկներին։

«ՌԴ մեր գործընկերների հորդորով ամեն դեպքում փորձել ենք ավելի ճկուն լինել և վիճակը չդարձնել փակուղային»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։
