ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը անդրադարձավ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին Սոչիում կայացած եռակողմ հանդիպման արդյունքներին։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2023 թ. պետական բյուջեի մասին օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ վարչապետը ընդգծեց, որ հանդիպման արդյունքում քայլ արվեց խաղաղության օրակարգի իրականացման ուղղությամբ։

«Արդյոք այդ հանդիպման արդյունքում կարո՞ղ եմ արձանագրել, որ քայլ արվեց խաղաղության օրակարգի իրականացման ուղղությամբ։ Կարող եմ ասել, որ այո, միանշանակ։ Եվ դա շատ օգտակար և կարևոր հանդիպում էր։ Իհարկե, հանդիպումը ունեցել է և հրապարակային, և դռնփակ մաս։ Շատ կարևոր հարցեր են հնչել։ 

Դուք տեղյակ եք, որ Հայաստանում այդ հանդիպումից առաջ որոշակի քննարկումներ են ծավալվել, թե արդյոք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման ճանապարհին գնում է այն հնարավոր օպտիմալ տարբերակով, որը առկա է դաշտում։ Խոսքը այն մասին էր, որ բովանդակային առումով իսկապես ինչքանո՞վ է բանակցություններում ներգրավված պաշտոնյաների վարած քաղաքականությունը համապատասխանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շահերին։ Կարծում եմ, որ Սոչիի հանդիպման կարևորագույն նրբություններից մեկը այս հարցի պատասխանն էր։  Այդ պատասխանն այնպես չէ, որ Սոչիից առաջ չկար, պարզապես այդ հարցի շուրջ քննարկումները դարձան մաքսիմալ հրապարակային, և մենք կարող ենք հրապարակային տեսնել և համեմատել, թե ինչքանով է մեր քաղաքականությունը համապատասխանում այն տեսլականին և շրջանակին»,- ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը։
