Հայաստանում թոշակառուները սկսել են ավելի շատ անկանխիկ առևտուր կատարել, որի շնորհիվ առևտրի գումարի որոշակի տոկոսը նրանց վերադարձվում է:

Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2023 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը:

Վարչապետը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի համատեքստում խոսեց կառավարության՝ կանխիկի շրջանառության կրճատման քայլերից: Ըստ նրա՝ կանխիկի շրջանառության կրճատումն առաջին հերթին կրճատում է կոռուպցիոն հնարավորությունները: Դրամաշրջանառության թափանցիկությունը հնարավորություն  է ստեղծում, որ ավել եկամուտներ հավաքագրվեն բյուջե:

Խոսելով սոցիալական էֆեկտից՝ նա հիշեցրեց, որ թոշակառուները թոշակները ստանում են անկանխիկ եղանակով իրենց բանկային քարտերին, և անկանխիկ առևտրի որոշակի տոկոսը վերադարձվում է նրանց:

«2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերից մենք թոշակներն ավելացրել ենք, ևս այդպիսի մի որոշում կկայացնենք 2023 թվականին: Բայց կանխիկի կրճատման շրջանակում տեղավորվող այս քաղաքականությունը նույնպես թոշակի ավելացում է: Գործնականում 2022-2023 թվականներին մենք 3 անգամ կենսաթոշակները փաստացի ավելացնում ենք՝ 2 անգամ հենց ուղիղ այդ անվան ներքո, իսկ մյուս անգամը՝ արդեն անկանխիկ առևտրի շրջանառության միջոցով»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նա նկատեց, որ մարդն, ով 50 հազար դրամ թոշակ է ստանում, անկանխիկ առևտուր կատարելու միջոցով կարող է ևս 5 հազար լրացուցիչ եկամուտ ստանալ: «Ուրախությամբ եմ արձանագրում, որ թոշակառուների շրջանում անկանխիկ առևտուրն, ըստ էության, սկսում է պրոգրեսիայով աճել»,-նշեց վարչապետը:

Վարչապետը կարևորեց նույն քաղաքականության հետևողական շարունակը նաև սոցիալական նպաստների վճարման համակարգում, այսինքն՝ ընտանեկան նպաստ ստացողների շրջանում:
