Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ
Հայաստանում տնտեսական աճի ներկայիս տեմպը տալիս է հնարավորություն հաղթահարված համարելու համավարակի և պատերազմի հետևանքով առաջացած տնտեսական դժվարությունները և վերականգնելու տնտեսական զարգացման տեմպը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2023 թվականին պետբյուջեի նախագծի քննարկումների ընթացքում:
«Այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տնտեսությունն ըստ էության բում է ապրում: Հունվար-սեպտեմբերի տվյալներով տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը կազմել է 14.1 տոկոս: Սա չափազանց կարևոր ցուցանիշ է: Կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ այս տեմպը մեզ տալիս է հնարավորություն, որպեսզի 2022 թվականի արդյունքներով մենք, ըստ էության, հաղթահարված համարենք 2020 թվականին համավարակի և պատերազմի հետևանքով առաջացած զուտ տնտեսական դժվարությունները և վերականգնենք մեր տնտեսական զարգացման տեմպը, ինչը չափազանց կարևոր է: Այսինքն՝ մենք զուտ միայն տնտեսության առումով այս տարի հնարավորություն ունենք և կիրացնենք այդ հնարավորությունը՝ վերադառնալ 2019 թվականի տեմպին»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա կարևորեց այս տնտեսական դինամիկան գնահատելը: Փաշինյանի վստահեցմամբ՝ 2018 թվականին կառավարության մոտեցումը տնտեսությանը եղել է հետևյալը, որ կառավարությունը պետք է հնարավորինս քիչ միջամտի տնտեսական հարաբերություններին, ավելի շատ զբաղված լինի տնտեսական հնարավորությունների ստեղծման հարցերով և տնտեսական խնդիրների հաղթահարումներով:
«Այս առումով կարծում եմ, որ այսօր մենք ինչ-որ առումով քաղում ենք պտուղները՝ մենաշնորհների հաղթահարման մեր քաղաքականության, օլիգարխիայի վերացման մեր քաղաքականության, օրենքի առաջ բոլորի հավասարությունն ապահովելուն ուղղված մեր քաղաքականության և համակարգային կոռուպցիայի հաղթահարմամբ»,-ասաց վարչապետը՝ հավելելով, որ սա է եղել կառավարության հռչակված անելիքը:
Ըստ նրա՝ տնտեսական աճի հիմքում դրվել են քաղաքական այս հենասյուները:
Փաշինյանը նաև նշեց, որ այս տարի Հայաստանի տնտեսական իմիջի առումով շատ կարևոր մի իրադարձություն է տեղի ունեցել. Հայաստանը տնտեսական ազատության ինդեքսում 100 երկրների շարքում զբաղեցրել է 11-րդ տեղը՝ ըստ էության անգամներով բարելավելով իր իրավիճակը:
