Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների կողմից գնալով ավելի ու ավելի շատ գեներացվող և իշխանական որոշակի շրջանակների ու արևմտյան ֆինանսավորում ունեցողների կողմից կյանքի կոչվող հակառուսականության նոր ալիքը լուրջ անհանգստություններ է առաջացրել Հայաստանի հատկապես այն տարածաշրջաններում, որտեղ աշխատուժի զգալի մասը հիմնականում Ռուսաստանի հետ է ուղղակիորեն կապված: Ըստ էության, մտահոգություններ կան, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է կոշտ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել մասնավորաբար վիզային ռեժիմ մտցնելու, արտասահմանցիների, այդ թվում՝ հայաստանցիների համար աշխատանքային պայմանների խստացման տեսքով: Ընդ որում, այս մասին խոսակցություններ կան նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում:

Բնականաբար, սա չի կարող անտարբեր թողնել այն մարդկանց, որոնք աշխատում են Ռուսաստանում և, այսպես ասած, փող ուղարկում Հայաստան՝ իրենց ընտանիքներին: Մենք ունենք տեղեկություններ, որ այս հանգամանքը շատ մեծ հակաիշխանական, կամ, ինչպես տեղերում են նշում, «հականիկոլական» տրամադրություններ է առաջացնում կամ խորացնում նման տրամադրությունները հատկապես մարզային բնակավայրերում, որովհետև եթե, օրինակ՝ մայրաքաղաքում շատերը «միստիկ» պատկերացումներ ունեն հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների և դրանց վատացման դեպքում տնտեսական ազդեցության մասին, ապա Հայաստանի շատ բնակավայրերում դա պատկերացնում են խիստ առարկայորեն:
