Ռուսաստանից մատակարարումների ընդհանուր ծավալը հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների ներդրումից հետո կտրուկ նվազել է, սակայն որոշ երկրներ ավելացրել են ներմուծումն այս երկրից։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից մատակարարումների ծավալով առաջատարը Հնդկաստանն է (+413%), երկրորդ տեղում Թուրքիան է (+213%), երրորդը՝ Բրազիլիան (+166%)։ Գերմանիան նույնպես ավելացրել է ներմուծումը 38%-ով։ Սա բխում է The New York Times-ի տվյալներից։

NYT-ն չի հստակեցրել, թե որ ապրանքների մասին է խոսքը։

Ավելի վաղ The Economic Times թերթը հայտնել էր, որ Հնդկաստանը Չինաստանից հետո երկրորդ տեղն է զբաղեցրել ռուսական նավթի գնման ծավալով՝ հոկտեմբերին՝ 23 տոկոս։

Ռուսաստան արտահանումն ավելացրել են միայն Թուրքիան (+113%) և Չինաստանը (+24%)։

Արևմտյան երկրները կրճատել են մատակարարումները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիան՝ 71%-ով, Նիդեռլանդները՝ 52%-ով, Գերմանիան՝ 51%-ով, Իսպանիան՝ 44%-ով։ Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանի հատուկ գործողության սկզբից արևմտյան երկրները հակառուսական պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանում։ Մարտին ԱՄՆ-ն հրաժարվել է ռուսական նավթ գնելուց։ Մեծ Բրիտանիան հայտարարել է, որ 2023 թվականի սկզբից կդադարեցնի նավթի և հեղուկացված բնական գազի ներկրումը Ռուսաստանից։ Օգոստոսին ԵՄ երկրները դադարել են ռուսական ածուխի ներկրումը։ Գարնանից արևմտյան երկրները քննարկում են Ռուսաստանից նավթի գների առավելագույն շեմի սահմանման հարցը։
