Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը կարագացնի արևային էներգիայի զարգացումը

Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի հետևանքով հարուցված էներգետիկ ճգնաժամով, ողջ աշխարհում, ըստ ամենայնի կարագացնի, այլ ոչ թե կդանդաղեցնի արդյունահանվող վառելիքից դեպի ավելի մաքուր տեխնոլոգիաների ՝ քամու, արևային էներգիայի և էլեկտրամեքենաներին անցնելու գլոբալ անցումը։

Այդ մասին ըստ «New York Times» թերթի հայտարարել է Միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալությունը։ Փորձագետները նշում են, որ թեև այս տարի որոշ երկրներ սկսել են ավելի շատ արդյունահանվող վառելիք օգտագործել, ինչպես օրինակ ՝ ածուխ, բնական գազի անբավարարության պատճառով, ակնկալվում է, որ այդ արդյունքը երկարատև չի լինի։

Զեկույցը կանխատեսել է գլոբալ էներգետիկ միտումները մինչև 2050 թվական։ Առաջին անգամ կանխատեսվում է, որ արդյունահանվող վառելիքի բոլոր տեսակների համաշխարհային պահանջարկը առաջիկա տարիներին կհասնի իր գագաթնակետին, պատճառն այն է, որ բազմաթիվ երկրներ արձագանքել են այդ վառելիքի գների կտրուկ աճին, իրենց մոտ քամու տուրբինների, արևային վահանակների ատոմային էլեկտրակայանների, ջրածնային վառելիքի, էլեկտրամեքենաների և էլեկտրական ջերմապոմպերի քանակը կտրուկ ավելացնելով և առաջիկայում հաշվի առնելով այդ ռեսուրսների շատ ավելի մատչելիությունը, ինչպես նաև արդյունավետությունը, այս տենդենցը շարունակվելու է։

Փորձագետներն ակնկալում են, որ շատ կարճ ժամանակում նախ զարգացած երկրները, ապա և զարգացող երկրները կկարողանան հասնել այնպիսի մակարդակի, որ արդյունահանվող վառելիքն այլևս որևէ կերպ դոմինանտ չի լինի ոչ միայն համաշխարհային տնտեսության, այլ նաև քաղաքականության մեջ։

Միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալությունը հատկապես շեշտը դնում է արևային էներգիայի վրա։ Քամու տուրբինները թեև գրեթե նույն ծախսն են, ինչ արևային վահանակները, սակայն ոչ միշտ է, որ դրանք կարողանում են աշխատել, իսկ եղանակային պայմանները շատ ավելի նպաստավոր են արևային վահանակների արտադրության, քան քամու տեխնոլոգիաների համար։

Ըստ էության, մոտ ապագայում կտեսնենք արևային վահանակների շեշտակի աճ ամբողջ մոլորակով մեկ։ Աճ կանխատեսվում է նաև Հայաստանում, թեև դեռևս վաղ է խոսել դրա հնարավոր ազդեցության մասին։

Հայաստանում ընդամենը արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերություն կա՝«Սոլարոնը», և պետք է պետությունն ինքը ձեռնամուխ լինի ոչ միայն այդպիսի ընկերությունների թվի ավելացման, այլ նաև անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ ձեռնարկի արևային էներգիան Հայաստանում ևս դոմինանտ դարձնելու համար։
