Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև եռակողմ համագործակցության մեծ ներուժ կա, որը օգուտ կբերի բոլոր կողմերին։ «Ամերիկայի ձայնի» վրացական ծառայությանը տված հարցազրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել Հարավային Կովկասում և Վրաստանի ճգնաժամի հարցերով Եվրամիության հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը:

«Վրաստանը մեծ ներուժ ունի երկու հարևաններին միավորելու համար: Թբիլիսին կարող է օգնել հարևաններին՝ համագործակցել այնպիսի ոլորտներում, որտեղ նախկինում համագործակցությունն  անհնար էր թվում, բայց հիմա ավելի հնարավոր է դառնում: Այսպիսով, Վրաստանը մեծ ներուժ ունի որպես խրախուսող, գաղափարներ առաջարկող կողմ»,- ասել է Կլաարը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հակամարտությունը ազդում է նաև Վրաստանի վրա:

«Այն, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև դեռ չկան խաղաղ բանակցություններ, շփման պատրաստակամություն և ազատ առևտուր, անդրադառնում է նաև Վրաստանի վրա։ Այս հակամարտության պատճառով երեք երկրները, այդ թվում՝ Վրաստանը, կորցնում են տնտեսական հնարավորությունները։ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հակամարտության կարգավորումը, հաղորդակցությունների և առևտրային հարաբերությունների վերականգնումը շահավետ կլինի հատկապես հարավկովկասյան այս երեք երկրի համար»,- նշել է պաշտոնյան:

Կլաարի խոսքով՝ Եվրամիությունը շահագրգռված է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտությունը կարգավորելու հարցում:

«Դիտորդական առաքելությունն այն է, ինչ մենք կարող ենք անել կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում, բայց այն չի կարող երկար տևել: Որոշ ժամանակով Վրաստանից առաքելության մի մասը տեղափոխում ենք Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահման»,- եզրափակել է Կլաարը:
