Ռուսաստանը կզիջի՞ Կովկասը Արևմուտքին․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
newizv.ru–ն գրում է, թե գաղտնիք չէ, որ ուկրաինական իրադարձությունները բացասաբար են անդրադառնում Ռուսաստանի միջազգային ազդեցության մակարդակի վրա։ Օրինակ՝ վերջերս Եվրոպան և ԱՄՆ-ը բավական հաջող միջամտել են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հակամարտության կարգավորմանը, և դա սպառնում է էապես թուլացնել Ռուսաստանի դիրքերը Կովկասում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Ռուսաստանն իր ողջ ուժով փորձում է մնալ այդ տարածաշրջանում։ Այդ ամենը այսպես է մեկնաբանել քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը. «Մոսկվային անհանգստացնում են «տագնապալի միտումները, որոնք թափ են հավաքում Անդրկովկասում»։
ԱՄՆ–ը և նրա դաշնակիցները փորձում են տարածաշրջան փոխանցել Ուկրաինայում նախկինում փորձարկված առճակատման սխեմաները։ Ի՞նչն է այդքան անհանգստացնում Կրեմլին։ Մեկ տարի առաջ Ռուսաստանն էր հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության կարգավորման հիմնական և գրեթե բացառիկ մոդերատորը, սակայն այսօր իրավիճակը փոխվել է։ Մինչև 2022 թվականի փետրվարը և՛ ԱՄՆ-ը, և՛ Եվրամիությունը, և՛ Ֆրանսիան պատրաստ էին Մոսկվային զիջել Կովկասի դափնիները, բայց հիմա ամեն ինչ փոխվել է։ Նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը Ռուսաստանին մեղադրում է իր ռազմավարական դաշնակից Հայաստանին դավաճանելու մեջ։ Բայց կոշտ հռետորաբանությունը միայն այսբերգի երևացող մասն է: ԵՄ-ն է փորձում տիրանալ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն ներկայացուցիչների միջև բանակցային նախաձեռնությանը։ Պետք չէ Կասանդրա լինել հասկանալու համար, որ ԵՄ-ն ձգտում է արագացնել բանակցային գործընթացը և ստանալ Երևանի ու Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության «կնքահոր» դափնիները։
Թեպետ այսօր կողմերի միջև կան բազմաթիվ անհասկանալի ու վիճելի խնդիրներ, որոնք դժվար է լուծել առանց Ռուսաստանի թեկուզ միայն այն պատճառով, որ Մոսկվան մյուսներից ավելի լավ է տեղյակ երկու կովկասյան հանրապետությունների միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքներին, իսկ նրա խաղաղապահ զորախումբը գտնվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։ Այսպիսով, Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարությունը չի ցանկանում, որ կոնֆիգուրացիան կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում ձևավորվի առանց իր շահերը հաշվի առնելու։ Եվ քանի որ ԵՄ-ն և ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակում են առաջ շարժվել բանակցային գործընթացում, Մոսկվան ցանկանում է շարունակել իր քայլերը և Արևմուտքի ջանքերին հակադարձել սեփական նախաձեռնություններով։
Կրեմլը ցանկանում է ոչ միայն ապացուցել Վաշինգտոնի և Բրյուսելի իր գործընկերներին, որ Ռուսաստանը դեռևս շատ կարևոր է Կովկասում, այլ նաև կարևոր է համոզել Բաքվին և Երևանին, որ առանց Մոսկվայի որևէ պայմանավորվածություն չի աշխատի։ Եվ այդ անելն այսօր պակաս կարևոր չէ (եթե ոչ ավելի կարևոր), քան ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի հետ մրցակցությունը»։
