Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանն ընդունել է Մոնպելիե քաղաքի Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Նիկոլա Բըդել դե Բյուզաղեգին, ներկայացուցիչներ Լյուկ Կիղքյաշաղյանին, Ամին ֆաղաժին, Նաիրա Զորոյանին։
Պաշտպանը ողջունել է և շնորհակալություն հայտնել պալատի ներկայացուցիչներին հայ ռազմագերիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար կատարած աշխատանքի համար, ապա ներկայացրել է Պաշտպանի գործառույթները, դերն ու մանդատը։
Գրիգորյանը խոսել է փակ հաստատություններ այցերի, մշտադիտարկումների մասին, տեղեկացրել, որ տարվա ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքներն ամփոփվում են ՄԻՊ-ի զեկույցներում։
Պաշտպանն անդրադարձել է քաղաքացիների կողմից ստացված դիմումներին, ընդգծել, որ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում Պաշտպանի միջամտությամբ դրական լուծում ստացած դիմումների թվի աճ է նկատվում. «Մեզ համար նպատակն է ոչ թե ասել՝ իրավունքի խախտում է եղել (պետական մարմնի կողմից), այլ աշխատելը, որ անձի իրավունքը վերականգնվի»,-նշել է Գրիգորյանը։
Գրիգորյանը խոսել է նաև ՀՀ-ում մարդու իրավունքների, ժողովրդավարության մասին՝ շեշտադրում անելով անվտանգային հարցերի վրա։
Պաշտպանն անդրադարձել է սեպտեմբերի 13-15-ը ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքի վրա ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հարձակման հետևանքներին, ներկայացրել իրավունքների շարունակական խախտումներն ու պատերազմական հանցագործությունները, որոնք արձանագրվել են Պաշտպանի արտահերթ զեկույցներում։
Գրիգորյանը խոսել է նաև Բաքվում հայ ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ իրականացվող դատավարությունների մասին՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրանք արհեստական են և ավելի շատ նպատակ ունեն ահաբեկելու թե ընտանիքներին և թե հայ հասարակությանը։
Մոնպելիե քաղաքի Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Նիկոլա Բըդել դե Բյուզաղեգն իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Պաշտպանին ընդունելության համար՝ նշելով, որ շատ կարևոր է տեղեկացված լինել Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրավիճակի մասին և այն ներկայացնել աշխարհին։
