Հոկտեմբերի 26-ին Ամերիաբանկում տեղի ունեցավ «Ամերիա բիզնես» թվային հարթակ. նոր հնարավորություններ և հեռանկարներ խորագրով մամուլի ասուլիսը: «Ամերիա բիզնես» թվային հարթակը համալրվել է ԱՁ-ն օնլայն գրանցելու նոր ծառայությամբ, հենց այս նորությամբ կիսվեց բանկը լրատվամիջոցների և, իհարկե, նաև իր հաճախորդների հետ:

Ամերիաբանկի տեսլականն է` լինել ֆինանսական և տեխնոլոգիական վստահելի միջավայր` առաջարկելով կյանքի որակը բարելավելու ամբողջական լուծումներ: Հենց այս շրջանակներում էլ տեղի է ունենում բանկի թվային տրանսֆորմացիան:

Ամերիաբանկի մանրածախ բանկինգի տնօրեն Արման Բարսեղյանը նշում է` տարին բավականին ակտիվ էր բիզնեսի տեսանկյունից և այժմ բանկի մանրածախ հաճախորդների բազան գերազանցում է 370 հազար հաճախորդը: «Մանրածախ ավանդների գծով տարեսկզբից մինչ այժմ ունեցել ենք մոտ 10 տոկոս աճ, իսկ ավանդների գծով` մոտ 20 տոկոս աճ: Բավականին տպավորիչ արդյունքներ կան հատկապես քարտային գործարքների գծով` ունենք մոտ 70 տոկոս աճ: Ինտերնետ-բանկ համակարգով իրականացվող գործարքները ամեն տարի նախորդի համեմատ կրկնապատկվում է: 2022 թ.-ին կանխատեսվում է մոտ 10 մլն գործարք»,-նշեց Բարսեղյանը:

Ամերիաբանկի բիզնես բանկինգի վարչության ղեկավար Կարեն Քարամյանը ներկայացրեց «Ամերիա բիզնես» թվային հարթակը: «2018 թ.-ից այս հարթակը գործարկվել է` հաշվի առնելով մեր հաճախորդների պահանջները: Առաջինը գործարկվել է օնլայն վարկեր տրամադրելու ծառայությունը: Ներկայումս Ամերիաբանկի մանրածախ բիզնես վարկերի 73 տոկոսը հաստատվում է օնլայն: «Ամերիա բիզնես» հարթակը ներառում է Սքորինգի և մեքենայական ուսուցման վրա հիմնված օնլայն վարկավորման, SME Tablet, հաշիվ բացելու, անվճար օնլայն/մոբայլ բանկինգ ու բիզնես քարտ ստանալու և մի շարք այլ ծառայություններ, որոնց ներդրումը դրական ազդեցություն է ունեցել բանկում մանրածախ բիզնես հաճախորդների ցուցանիշների վրա, մասնավորաբար` հաճախորդների քանակը վերջին 3 տարում կրկնապատկվել է, իսկ տարվա սկզբից աճել մոտ 55 տոկոսով: Վարկային պորտֆելը նույն ժամանակահատվածում կրկնապատկվել է, իսկ տարվա սկզբից աճել է մոտ 28 տոկոսվ: Օնլայն/մոբայլ բանկինգ համակարգի օգտատերերի քանակը վերջին 3 տարում աճել է 3,5 անգամ, իսկ ընթացիկ տարվա 9 ամսում` 51 տոկոսով»,-նշում է Քարամյանը:

Իսկ հիմա արդեն «Ամերիա բիզնես» հարթակը զարգանում է և համալրվում նոր լուծումներով ու ծառայություններով: Այսօր արդեն մուտք գործելով հարթակ հաճախորդը կարող է առանց բանկ այցելելու անվճար գրանցել ԱՁ, բացել հաշիվ Ամերիաբանկում, ստանալ քարտ և օնլայն/մոբայլ բանկինգ: Այս ծառայության հետ կապված մանրամասները ներկայացրեց Ամերիաբանկի նախագծերի մենեջեր Արփինե Հարությունյանը: Նրա խոսքով` ԱՁ գրանցելու համար հաճախորդին անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ անձնագիր ու սոցքարտ կամ նույնականացման քարտ, հասանելիություն տպող-սքանավորող սարքի և տեսախցիկով համակարգչի կամ հեռախոսի: ԱՁ-ի գրանցման գործընթացը տևում է ընդամենը 20 րոպե:

Հարթակը շուտով համալրվելու է նաև ՍՊԸ գրանցելու հնարավորությամբ:
