trmzk.ru-ն «Իրանի ռազմադիվանագիտական գործունեության արդյունքները» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ անցնող շաբաթը հիշվել է Իրանի աննախադեպ ռազմական, քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական ակտիվությամբ, և կարևոր է ամփոփել դրանց հիմնական արդյունքները:

1. Կապանում հյուպատոսության բացում Թեհրանը կարողացավ արագացնել այդ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչության բացման գործընթացը։ Դրա հիմնական նպատակներն են իրենց համար կենսականորեն կարևոր տարածքում ներկայություն ձեռք բերելը, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ուղղությամբ իրավիճակին հետևելու հնարավորությունների ընդլայնումը, ինչպես նաև նշված երկու պետությունների կողմից ագրեսիայի դեպքում օպերատիվ արձագանքելու պայմանների ստեղծումը։ Նման կերպ Իրանը միայն մասամբ է հակակշիռ ստեղծել թուրքական ներկայությանը։ Ամբողջական հավասարակշռության համար անհրաժեշտ է Երևանի և Թեհրանի միջև «Շուշայի հռչակագրի» անալոգը։

2. Անվտանգության հայեցակարգի առաջարկ Ինչպես Կապանում հայտարարել է Իրանի արտգործնախարարը, «Իրանն իր անվտանգությունն է համարում Հայաստանի և տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությունը»։ Այսինքն, Թեհրանը հաստատել է «հավասար ու անբաժան անվտանգության» սկզբունքը։ Այսպիսով, ոչ մի ուժ չպետք է ընդլայնի իր ներկայությունը, քանի որ դա կխախտի այդ սկզբունքը։ Իրանը, փաստորեն, ոչ միայն հաստատեց իր կարմիր գծերը, այլ նաև հիմք ստեղծեց Հայաստանի հետ համապատասխան համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար, որը կհաստատի վերը շարադրված հավասարակշռությունը։

3. Ժամանակակից զենքի վաճառք Իրանական արտադրության զենքերի (կամ դրանց նմանակների) ակտիվ կիրառումը ուկրաինական ռազմադաշտում, բնականաբար, մեծացնում է ուշադրությունը իրանական ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի նկատմամբ: Իրանական ԱԹՍ-ներ ձեռք բերելու հայտ է ներկայացրել 22 երկիր, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Հայաստանը նշված չէր սկզբնական հայտարարության մեջ: Հիշեցնենք, որ իրանական ԱԹՍ-ների գնի և որակի մատչելիության առումով դրանց գնման գործընթացը վաղուց պետք է սկսված լիներ։ Ավելին, արդեն եղել են համատեղ արտադրության ծրագրեր, որոնք ընդհատվել են 2018 թվականին: Այսօր Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հրաժարվում են Իրանի հետ սերտ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունից՝ վախենալով արևմտյան գործընկերների արձագանքից, թեև Թեհրանը շարունակում է ավելի ու ավելի շատ ազդակներ ուղարկել Երևանին։
