Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը հայկական շահը ՌԴ-ում պաշտպանող առավել հետևողական քաղաքական գործիչներից է, մարդ, որը տասնամյակներով մշտապես հանդես է եկել Հայաստանի և Արցախի շահերի դիրքերից, և եթե նույնիսկ քննադատել է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, ապա դրանց պաշտպանության մեջ բավարար հետևողական չլինելու համար:

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է այդ մասին գրել՝ մեկնաբանելով ՀՀ իշխանությունների սադրանքը։

Ըստ Չալաբյանի, ԱԺ-ից ուղարկված նամակը Արտաքին կապերի վարչության ղեկավար Տիգրան Սեյրանյանի անձնական նախաձեռնությունը չի, այլ կազմակերպված է անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրահանգով, և ուղղված է ոչ թե պարզապես Զատուլինի դեմ, այլ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության:

«Անկախ նրանից, ինչպես ենք մենք վերաբերվում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը, նրա քաղաքականությանը մեր տարածաշրջանում, այսպիսի սադրանքները անհետևանք չեն անցնում: Եթե վաղը Ալիևը նոր տարածքներ գրավի, մեր զինվորները զոհվեն, գերի ընկնեն և խոշտանգվեն, իսկ ռուսները սառը չեզոքություն պահպանեն, դրա պատճառները պետք է փնտրել այս և նմանատիպ այլ սադրանքներում, և հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ակնառու վատթարացման մեջ»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը:

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչը նկատում է, ամեն անգամ, երբ այս իշխանությունը ազգային շահերին դեմ ուղղված հերթական սադրանքն է կատարում, հանրային բողոքի ալիք է բարձրանում, իշխանությունը փորձում է ինչ որ կերպ սրբագրել իր գործողությունները, ալիքն իջնում է, և երկիրը շարունակում է աներևույթ գլորվել դեպի անդունդ:

Միայն հետևողական պայքարն այս իշխանության դեմ, նրա բերած կեղծ օրակարգերին ամենօրյա կոշտ հակազդեցությունը, և հասարակության մոբիլիզացիան ազգային հարատև շահի շուրջը թույլ կտան փոխել այս ընթացքը, և ապահովել մեր երկրի անվտանգությունը և զարգացումը, արձանագրել է նա։
