Անհնար է մեկ-երկու օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի կիլոգրամ գիրանալ, սակայն նոր տարվա տոների ամբողջ ժամանակաշրջանի ընթացքում լիովին հնարավոր է գիրանալ: Ի՞նչ անել դրանից խուսափելու համար: 

Մեզ այսպիսի խորհուրդներ է ներկայացրել էնդոկրինոլոգ Հասմիկ Աբովյանը:  

1. Կերեք Նոր տարվա ընթրիքիցառաջ

Մարդկանց մեծամասնության ամենամեծ սխալը երկար սպասված նոր տարվա ընթրիքին նախորդող մեկ-երկու օրվա ընթացքում չուտելն է: Կամ էլ չուտել ամբողջ դեկտեբերի 31-ի ընթացքում: Նոր տարվա ընթրիքից առաջ քաղցելը սխալ է, չէ՞ որ ամանորյա սեղանի առաջ քաղցած կլինեք: Ձեր օրգանիզմի համար բարդ կլինի այդ ամենը մարսելը:  

Այդ պատճառով մասնագետը խորհուրդ է տալիս օրվա ընթացքում չափավոր սնվել, իսկ երեկոյան չափից շատ չուտել: 

2. Ոտքով գնացեք աշխատանքի

Եթե պատրաստվում եք հյուր գնալ, ոտքով գնացեք, ոչ թե մեքենայով կամ տրանսպորտով: Նախ` այդպես չեք հասցնի շատ սեղանների առաջ հայտնվել: Երկրորդ` ձեր զբոսանքի ընթացքում կկարողանաք գոնե կալորիաների որոշ քանակություն ծախսել: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ մասնագետները պնդում են, որ օրվա ընթացքում անհրաժեշտ է   10 000-ից ոչ պակաս քայլ անել: Դա մոտ 7-10 կմ է, կախված քայլի երկարությունից եւ մարդու հասակից: Միջինը մարդուն մոտ երկու ժամ է անհրաժեշտ այդ հեռավորությունն անցնելու համար: Նոր տարվա օրերը բացառություն չպիտի լինեն. Նույնիսկ տոների ընթացքում ցանկալի է հնարավորինս շատ քայլել: 

3. Ջանացեք ավելի օգտակար ուտեստներ պատրաստել  

Նույն մթերքներից հնարավոր է ինչպես շատ օգտակար, այնպես էլ շատ վնասակար ուտեստ պատրաստել: Ջանացեք ամանորյա սեղանի համար ավելի օգտակար ուտեստներ պատրաստել, մարգարինը փոխարինելով լավ կարագով, օգտագործելով բնական մթերք, իսկ տապական փոխարինելով եփվածով կամ շոգեխաշածով:
