Կավե զարգացնող խաղեր՝ Ճամբարակից. ստեղծվել են նոր աշխատատեղեր
SOCIETYՃամբարակի «Աստղացոլք» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը երեխաների խնամքի, խոցելի խմբերի, ինչպես նաև հաշմանդամություն ունեցող կանանց զբաղվածության ապահովման նպատակով իրականացնում է սոցիալական տարբեր ծրագրեր: Կազմակերպության շահառուները պատրաստում են հայկական տարազով կավե զարգացնող խաղեր, որոնք զարգացնում են երևակայությունն ու ծանոթացնում հայկական մշակույթին:
«Աստղացոլք» ՀԿ-ի Clay House՝ «Կավե տնակ» սոցիալական ձեռնարկատիրության ծրագիրը Ճամբարակի կանանց ապահովել է աշխատանքով և նոր բիզնես ստեղծելու հնարավորություն տվել։ Սկզբում ստեղծում էին հուշանվերներ, զարդեր, հետո ուսումնասիրելով մանկական խաղերի դաշտը՝ նկատեցին, որ տեղական արտադրության կերամիկական խաղերը շուկայում քիչ են։
Խաղերում օգտագործվում է Ճամբարակի բարձրորակ կավը. հենց կանայք էլ մշակում են այն ու ստանում էկոլոգիապես մաքուր և անվտանգ արտադրանք։
Clay house սոցիալական ձեռնարկատիրությունը «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ամենամյա դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի հաղթողներից է։
Տրամադրված դրամաշնորհի միջոցներով ստեղծվել են նոր աշխատատեղեր և խոցելի խմբի կանայք կարողանում են աշխատել և շահույթ ստանալ։
«Առաջին հերթին կարևոր էր, որ տեղական հումքի օգտագործմամբ նոր արտադրատեսակ են շուկային ներկայացնում՝ դրանով իսկ խթանելով նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը, որտեղ ներառվում են սոցիալապես անապահով խմբերի կանայք։ Մենք փորձում ենք ապահովել տվյալ ծրագրի շղթայական գործունեությունը. մի ծրագիրը խթանում է, որ ստեղծվի պրոդուկտ կամ աշխատատեղ, որն էլ աջակցում է, որ տվյալ ծրագրում ընդգրկվեն շատ շահառուներ, իսկ հասույթն էլ ուղղվում է սոցիալական հերթական ծրագրերի իրագործմանը»,- նշում է «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Աննա Գիշյանը:

«Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ստեղծվել է Ակբա բանկի, ֆրանսիական Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ, Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ Ազգային Ֆեդերացիայի և Գիշյան ընտանիքի կողմից: Հիմնադրամի ծրագրերն ուղղված են հայ-ֆրանսիական կապերի ամրապնդմանը, Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական, գիտակրթական, մշակութային, առողջապահական համակարգերի բարելավմանն ու կատարելագործմանը:
