IDBank-ը թողարկում է պարտատոմսերի՝ միանգամից երկու տրանշ ՝ դրամային և դոլարային

IDBank-ը սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 24-ին հրապարակային առաջարկի միջոցով թողարկել է միանգամից երկու՝ AMANLBB2JER2 և AMANLBB2IER4 տարբերակիչ ծածկագրերով դրամային և դոլարային անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր:
Դրամային և դոլարային պարտատոմսերը թողարկվել են հետևյալ պայմաններով՝
Դրամային՝
- - Ընդհանուր ծավալը՝ 500 մլն․ ՀՀ դրամ
- Քանակը՝ 50 հազար հատ
- Անվանական արժեքը՝ 10 000 դրամ
- Շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 27 ամիս (2 տարի 3 ամիս)
- Արժեկտրոնային տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը՝ 9․50%,
- Արժեկտրոնի վճարման պարբերականությունը՝ 3 ամիս պարբերականությամբ
Դոլարային՝
- Ընդհանուր ծավալը՝ 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար
- Քանակը՝ 50 հազար հատ
- Անվանական արժեքը՝ 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար
- Շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 27 ամիս (2 տարի 3 ամիս)
- Արժեկտրոնային տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը՝ 3․75%,
- Արժեկտրոնի վճարման պարբերականությունը՝ 3 ամիս պարբերականությամբ
Պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվելու են 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 24-ից մինչև 2023 թվականի հունվարի 23-ը ներառյալ։ Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը ներկայացվելու են ցուցակման «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ և ունենալու են շուկա ստեղծող (Marketmaker):
IDBank-ի ֆինանսական տնօրեն Արման Ասատրյանի խոսքով պարտատոմսերը լավագույն ներդրումը կարող են լինել։ «Զգալով այս պահին պարտատոմսերի թողարկման անհրաժեշտությունը և կարևորությունը, այս անգամ որոշում կայացվեց թողարկելու պարտատոմսերի միանգամից երկու տրանշ՝ դրամային և դոլարային։ Պարտատոմսերը ներդրում կատարելու և եկամուտ ստանալու լավագույն տարբերակներից է, քանի որ պարտատոմսից դրա սեփականատերը ստանում է չհարկվող եկամուտ, ինչպես նաև պարտատոմսերով ներգրավված դրամական միջոցները համարվում են երաշխավորված բանկային ավանդ և երաշխավորված են «Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի» կողմից»,- ասել է Արման Ասատրյանը։
Պարտատոմսերը կարող եք ձեռք բերել` լրացնելով համապատասխան հայտը և ներկայացնելով Բանկ։ Պարտատոմսերը ձեռք բերելուց հետո դրանց մասին ամբողջական ինֆորմացիան հասանելի կլինի Idram&IDBank հավելվածում․ «Բանկինգ» բաժնի «Պարտատոմսեր» ենթաբաժնում, որտեղ ներկայացված է պարտատոմսերի տարբերակիչ ծածկագիրը, քանակը, անվանական արժեքը, տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը, արժեկտրոնի վճարման օրը և պարտատոմսերի մարման օրը։
Պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի 07 հհոկտեմբերի 2022թ. թիվ 1/489 Ա որոշմամբ։
