«Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՌԴ ԱՊՀ գործերի, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինի մուտքը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն արգելվել է։
Զատուլինն այլևս համարվում է անցանկալի անձ Հայաստանում։
Հիշեցնենք՝ իր հրապարակային հարցազրույցներում Զատուլինը բազմիցս մեղադրել է ՀՀ իշխանությանը 44-օրյա պատերազմի պարտության համար:
Ավելին՝ ներխուժելով Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանք՝ Զատուլինը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ բարձրաձայնել է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պետք է հեռանա։ Զատուլինը հասցրել էր անգամ ՀՀ իշխանություններին մեղադրել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների մեջ սեպ խրելու համար։ Իսկ Հայաստան կատարած վերջին այցելության ժամանակ «Երկիր Մեդիա»-ին տված հարցազրույցի ընթացքում նա մեղադրել էր վարչապետին ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքով «միջանցք» ստորագրելու համար։ «Հնարավոր միջանցքի շուրջ հարցերը պետք է տալ ստորագրողներին, «միջանցքը» ստորագրել է Փաշինյանը»,- ասել էր Զատուլինը։
