«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
5ugol.news–ն իր «Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտություն. քաղաքագետը գնահատել է ԱՄՆ–ի դիրքորոշումը Անդրկովկասում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը ձգձգվում է արդեն 30 տարի, իսկ վերջը դեռ չի երևում։ Սեպտեմբերյան սրացումից հետո ԱՄՆ-ը դատապարտել է ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան Հայաստանի դեմ։ Միաժամանակ Ադրբեջանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործընկերներից է։ Այն, թե ո՞րն է ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների երկակիությունը Անդրկովկասում, գնահատել է քաղաքագետ Կոնստանտին Կալաչևը: Ըստ փորձագետի, Ամերիկայի բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականությունը բխում է ինչպես ԱՄՆ–ի Կոնգրեսի հայկական ուժեղ լոբբիից, այնպես էլ Ադրբեջանի հետ համագործակցությունից։
«ԱՄՆ-ը Ռուսաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի հետ միասին Մինսկի խմբի նախաձեռնողն է։ Երկրները փորձում են խաղաղություն պահպանել Ղարաբաղի տարածաշրջանում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ԱՄՆ–ի Կոնգրեսում և Սենատում կա ուժեղ հայանպաստ լոբբի, որը աշխատում է 20-րդ դարասկզբի Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ուղղությամբ»,- ասել է քաղաքագետը։ Փորձագետը հիշեցրել է, որ Ադրբեջանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի հարաբերությունները սկսվել են դեռ 1992 թվականից, երբ անդրկովկասյան այդ հանրապետությունը միացել է Հյուսիսատլանտյան խորհրդին, իսկ ավելի ուշ դաշինքի կազմում ստեղծել է դիվանագիտական առաքելություն։ Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանը ակտիվորեն համագործակցում է Թուրքիայի հետ, իսկ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ է: Ուստի, չնայած Ֆրանսիայի կամ ԱՄՆ–ի սենատորների ու կոնգրեսականների համակրանքին, նրան վերաբերվում են որպես Ռուսաստանի դաշնակցի։
«Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը քննադատել է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարությանը, իր կարծիքով, հայկական շահերը Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու համար, և Հայաստանը համաձայն է Մակրոնի հետ։ Յուրաքանչյուր երկիր փորձում է վարել այն քաղաքականությունը, որի համար բավական հնարավորություններ ունի, իսկ Հայաստանը դրանցից քիչ ունի, ուստի փորձում է ստանալ և՛ Ռուսաստանի, և՛ Արևմուտքի աջակցությունը,– նշել է քաղաքագետը,– բայց ԱՄՆ-ի էլիտաները միակարծիք չեն, բոլորն էլ ցանկանում են առաջ տանել իրենց շահերը և քաղաքական միավորներ վաստակել, իսկ այդ ամենից ՆԱՏՕ-ն է շահում»:
Կոնստանտին Կալաչևը կարծում է, որ դաշինքի համագործակցությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ չի դադարի, չնայած արևմտյան քաղաքական գործիչների՝ Հայաստանին աջակցելու մասին հայտարարություններին: Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, եթե Հայաստանը ցանկանում է, որ Արևմուտքն իրեն ավելի մեծ օգնություն ցուցաբերի, ապա պետք է դուրս գա ՀԱՊԿից։ Սակայն դա չի անի, քանի որ չկա վստահություն, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն կկարողանա օպերատիվ կերպով օգնել Ադրբեջանի կողմից հնարավոր ագրեսիայի դեպքում։
