«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

«Փաստ» թերթն այս օրերին մարզերից տեղեկություններ է ստանում, որ տեղական իշխանությունները նոր գրոհ են նախաձեռնել հանրակրթական դպրոցների ուղղությամբ։ Ընդ որում, մեզ դիմողները նշում են, թե դա բացառապես քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունի: Մեր ստացած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում մասնավորաբար Շիրակի, Լոռու, Տավուշի և Սյունիքի մարզերի մոտ երկու տասնյակ դպրոցներում ստուգումներ են անցկացվում։ Դրանք տարբեր բնույթի են՝ դպրոցավարությունից ու դասավանդման մեթոդիկայից սկսած՝ վերջացրած դպրոցական ճաշարանների մաքրությամբ։

Առաջին հայացքից ոչ մի տարօրինակ բան չկա, և կարծես հերթական ստուգման գործընթացի հետ գործ ունենք, սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ խոսքը հատկապես այն դպրոցների մասին է, որոնց տնօրենները վերջին մրցույթներում, հակառակ իշխանությունների ջանքերի՝ անցկացնել «յուրային» թեկնածուի, կարողացել են հանձնել քննությունները և վերանշանակվել իրենց պաշտոններում։ Բանն այն է, որ այդ տնօրեններին աշխատանքից հեռացնելու համար այլ գործիքակազմ իշխանությունները (տվյալ դեպքում՝ մարզպետները) փաստացի չունեն, ուստի գործի են դրել նման կարգի ստուգումներ՝ «անցանկալի» տնօրեններից ազատվելու համար։

Ի դեպ, մենք տեղեկություն ունենք նաև, որ որոշ տնօրենների վրա անգամ քրեական վարույթներ են նախաձեռնված, սակայն դրանց մասին դեռ մանրամասներ հայտնի չեն։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, դպրոցի տնօրեններից բացի իշխանությունները նախատեսում են փոխել նաև մարզերի մոտ 30 մանկապարտեզի տնօրենների. այդ փոփոխություններն առաջին փուլում իրականացվելու են հիմնականում այն համայնքներում, որտեղ համայնքի ղեկավարը իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ է։
