ՌԴ ԶՈՒ Ռադիացիոն, քիմիական և կենսաբանական պաշտպանության ուժերի ղեկավար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Իգոր Կիրիլովը պնդում է, որ Կիևը ծրագրում է պայթեցնել ցածր արտադրողականության միջուկային զենք՝ նպատակ ունենալով Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել՝ ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենք կիրառելու մեջ։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հաղորդում է «ՏԱՍՍ» գործակալությունը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն տեղեկություններ ունի, որ Կիևի ռեժիմը սադրանք է ծրագրում այսպես կոչված կեղտոտ ռումբի կամ ցածր արտադրողականության միջուկային զենքի պայթեցման հետ կապված: Նա նշել է, որ սադրանքի նպատակը Ռուսաստանին՝ զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենք կիրառելու մեջ մեղադրելն է և դրանով իսկ աշխարհում հակառուսական հզոր արշավ սկսելն է ՝ Մոսկվայի նկատմամբ վստահության խաթարման նպատակով։
Կիրիլովը հիշեցրել է, որ փետրվարի 19-ին Մյունխենում կայացած անվտանգության համաժողովում Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հայտարարել էր՝ Ուկրաինայի միջուկային կարգավիճակը վերականգնելու մտադրության մասին։
«Հարկ է նաև նշել, որ հատուկ ռազմական գործողության ընթացքում Զելենսկին բազմիցս կոչ է արել ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրներին հարվածներ հասցնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը»,- հավելել է Կիրիլովը։
Բացի այդ, ինչպես նշել է գեներալը, հոկտեմբերի 22-ին կանադական հեռուստաալիքներին տված հարցազրույցում Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին աշխարհին կոչ է արել հարվածել Կրեմլին, եթե Ռուսաստանը հարվածի Բանկովա փողոցում գտնվող «որոշումների կայացման կենտրոնին», որտեղ գտնվում է Ուկրաինայի նախագահի գրասենյակը։
Ուկրաինայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դմիտրի Կուլեբան Twitter-ի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է, որ Կիևը չի ծրագրում «կեղտոտ ռումբ» պայթեցնել՝ Ռուսաստանին սադրելու համար։ Նա նշել է, որ Ուկրաինան հավատարիմ է Միջուկային զենքի չտարածման պայմանագրին։
«Մենք չունենք «կեղտոտ ռումբեր» և չենք պլանավորում դրանք ունենալ: Երկրորդ, ռուսները հաճախ մեղադրում են ուրիշներին այն բանի համար, ինչն իրենք են ծրագրում»,- նշել է նա։
