Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետերը կհանդիպեն Բրյուսելում՝ նոյեմբերի առաջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման ու սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով երկու երկրների պետական հանձնաժողովների երրորդ նիստը կայանալու է նոյեմբերի առաջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում՝ Բրյուսելում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակից։
Օգոստոսի 31-ին Բրյուսելում կայացած եռակողմ և հոկտեմբերի 7-ին Պրահայում կայացած քառակողմ հանդիպումների արդյունքում որոշվել էր սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների նիստը անցկացնել նախ նոյեմբերին, ապա՝ հոկտեմբերին, և այս հարցում անորոշություն կար:
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հոկտեմբերի կեսերին թվիթերյան գրառմամբ հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին առաջարկել է հանձնաժողովի նիստն անցկացնել հոկտեմբերի 31-ին՝ Բրյուսելում։
Փոխվարչապետեր Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և Շահին Մուստաֆաևի գլխավորած հանձնաժողովները վերջին անգամ հանդիպել են օգոստոսի 30-ին Մոսկվայում, իսկ առաջին հանդիպումը մայիսի 24-ին էր՝ Երասխ բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի Նախիջևանի սահմանին։
Եվրամիության խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանյուել Մակրոնի, Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ Չեխիայի մայրաքաղաքում կայացան քառակողմ հանդիպման արդյունքներով հայտարարություն ընդունվեց, ըստ այդմ Երևանն ու Բաքուն համաձայնել են ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությամբ և 1991 թվականի Ալմա-Աթայի Հռչակագրով ճանաչել միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը, իսկ դա պետք է լինի հիմք սահմանազատման հարցերով հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքների համար։
