«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի նոր նախաձեռնությունը․ Ճոպանուղի մարտական դիրքի համար

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի պատվիրակությունը նախօրեին գտնվել է հայ- ադրբեջանական սահմանի ամենավտանգավոր հատվածներից մեկում, որտեղ ավելի քան 2 տարվա ծանր աշխատանքից հետո ավարտին են հասցրել և գործարկել կարևորագույն ինժեներական ծրագրերից մեկը։

Հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի խոսքով՝ «Այդ հատվածում մեր դիրքերը գտնվում են զառիթափ բարձունքների վրա և 2018 թվականի թշնամու առաջխաղացումից հետո այդ դիրքերը տանող ավտոճանապարհը հայտնվել է ուղիղ կրակի տակ։

Դիրքի անվտանգ մատակարարումը հնարավոր է դարձել միայն նեղ լեռնային կածանով»։ Հիմնադրամի թիմը խորհրդակցելով զինվորական ղեկավարության հետ ՝ որոշել է համատեղ ուժերով կառուցել բեռնատար ճոպանուղի դիրքի անարգել մատակարարման համար։ Երկու տարվա գերբարդ պայմաններում իրականացված աշխատանքներից հետո թշնամու պարբերական կրակի, դժվարին լանդշաֆտի, լուծումների փոփոխման և ողջ աշխատանքը նորովի կատարելու անհրաժեշտությամբ պայմանավորված, այդուհանդերձ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամին հաջողվել է անձնուրաց աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ավարտին հասցնել այս աննախադեպ ծրագիրը։ Նման ճոպանուղու կառուցումը Ավետիք Չալաբյանի և նրա գործընկերների հերթական նախաձեռնությունն է, որը ոչ առաջինն է, ոչ էլ՝ վերջինը։

Այն պայմաններում, երբ Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը շարունակում է հետապնդել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին, նրա դեմ կեղծ և հանիրավի մեղադրանքներով քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելով՝ նա ժամանակն անտեղի չի կորցնում, փոխարենը փորձում է հերթական ազգանվեր նախաձեռնությունն իրականացնել։

Ի դեպ Չալաբյանն ինքը, ֆեյսբուքում հայտնելով այս տեղեկությունը, հրաժարվել է նշել, թե որ տարածքում է իրականացրել ճոպանուղու կառուցումը, քանի որ դա ռազմական գաղտնիք բացահայտելու նման մի բան կլիներ։ Սակայն խոստանում է, որ առաջիկայում այլ նման նախաձեռնություններ են իրականացվելու։ Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ որքան էլ գործող փաշինյանական վարչախումբը փորձում է խոչընդոտել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին և «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի նախաձեռնությունները, միևնույն է նա շարունակելու է դրանք։
