Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Հոսեյն Ամիր Աբդոլլահիանիի թվիթերյան գրառումը բավական հետաքրքիր նրբերանգ ունի: Նախարարը նշել է. «Հայաստանում կարևոր հանդիպում եմ ունեցել պարոն Փաշինյանի հետ՝ Հարավային Կովկասի անվտանգության, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի միջև սահմանգծման, օտարերկրյա ուժերի չմիջամտության վերաբերյալ»:

Կարծում եմ, այս գրառման բանալի բառերն են «...օտարերկրյա ուժերի չմիջամտության վերաբերյալ» ձևակերպումը:
Բավական տարողունակ միտք է, որով Իրանը պաշտոնապես իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել Հարավային Կովկասում օտարերկրյա շահերի բազմազան և հակասական ներգրավվումների վերաբերյալ: Հայաստանի իշխանություններն իրենց բաժին նեգատիվ դերակատարությունն են ունեցել այս հարցում, հատկապես, որ տարբեր կողմերի տվել են հակադիր խոստումներ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը հղի է սպառնալիքներով:

Իրանը տեսնում է, որ Հայաստանի օտարածին իշխանությունները խճճել են բոլոր կողմերի շահերը, ինչի արդյունքում տարածաշրջանում եփվում է նոր պատերազմի կաթսան: Ընդ որում, հնարավոր այդ պատերազմն այս անգամ կարող է ներքաշել բոլոր արտաքին ուժերին:

Հաշվի առնելով Ուկրաինայի հետ կապված Ռուսաստանի ռազմա-քաղաքական ծանրաբեռնվածությունը, Իրանը փորձում է ինքնուրույն կանխել Հայաստանի կապիտուլյանտների թուլամորթ քաղաքականությամբ նորոգվող տարածաշրջանային նոր աղետը, որը սպառնալիք է նաև Իրանի համար: Ընդ որում, դատելով զորավարժությունների մասշտաբից և ուղղություններից` ԻԻՀ տրամադրվածությունն առավել քան լուրջ է:

Հուսանք, որ հավաքական Արևմուտքը, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի միջոցով չի գեներացնի այնպիսի գործընթաց, որտեղ կապիտուլյանտները, հանուն իրենց թշվառ իշխանությունը պահելու` նորից դառնան մարդկային ու տարածքային հսկայական կորուստների պատճառ:
