«Այսօր արդեն չորրորդ օրն է , որ մենք կազմակերպել ենք ֆորում, որի ընթացքում անցկացնում ենք կլոր սեղաններ, որպեսզի կարողանանք իրականացնենք այն միտքը, որը կգծի հայ ժողովրդի ճանապարհային քարտեզը, որն ունի յոթ ուղղություն իր ենթաուղղություններով՝անվտանգություն , տնտեսություն, գիտություն,կրթություն մշակույթ , Արցախ։ Նպատակն այն է, թե ի՞նչ պետք է անենք, ոնց ենք տեսնում Հայաստանի զարգացումը, Սփյուռքը , Հայաստան -Սփյուռք կապը, ոնց ենք տեսնում Արցախը։ Որ ասում են Արցախը դա Ադրրբեջան է, ոչ, չկա նման բան։ Այս երեք օրվա մեջ մենք ստացել ենք բավականին առաջարկություններ, որին հետամուտ ենք լինելու»,- այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 22-ին կայացած ասուլիսի ընթացքում ասաց ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ բարի կամքի դեսպան, ՌՀՄ նախագահ, «Արարատյան Ալյանս»  մտքի կենտրոնի հիմնադիր  Արա Աբրահամյանը։ Խոսելով Սփյուռքի մասին նա նշեց․ «Այսօր Սփյուռքը և Հայաստանը տարբեր ուղղություններով են աշխատում։ Նախորդ իշխանությունների օրոք, երբ կար Սփյուռքի նախարարություն , մենք կազմակերպում էինք բազմաթիվ միջոցառումներ, պահելով  Հայաստան-Սփյուռք կապը։ Այսօր  առաջարկում ենք, որ լինի Սփյուռքի օր, որը կլինի ոչ աշխատանքային օր։ Ինձ շատ են ասում ՝ ինչու ձեզ այս կամ այն միջոցառումներին չեն հրավիրում , ես ասել եմ՝ թող հրավիրեն ես էլ կմասնակցեմ, իրենց հարցրեք , թե ինչու չեն հրավիրում։ Ինձ ասում են , «քո ինատու․․․», դե կարող եք «իմ ինատու» Հայաստանը շենացրեք, սահմաները կահավորեք»,- նշեց Աբրահամյանը հավելելով, ինչ-որ ես ասում եմ, դա ցանկություն չի, ճառեր չեն, դա հայրենիք է։
