«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ Ապրիլ յան պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովն ավարտել է իր աշխատանքները և կազմել իր ծավալուն եզրակացությունը, որը, սակայն, հանրային լայն շրջանակներին անհասանելի է դեռևս գաղտնիության ռիսկեր պարունակող տեղեկությունների պատճառաբանությամբ։ Սակայն «Փաստ» թերթը տեղեկություն ունի, որ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունը իշխանությունները ցանկանում են առաջիկայում հանրայնացնել (հնարավոր է՝ նույնիսկ մինչև տարեվերջ)։ Ուշագրավ է, որ իշխանության որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ այս թեմայով պարբերաբար «սլիվներ» են անում։

Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, իշխանություններն այս քայլին ցանկանում են գնալ, որ քողարկեն 44օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի տապալված աշխատանքը։ Այս առումով մի քանի հանդիպումներ ու քննարկումներ են եղել իշխանության վերին օղակներում, և նպատակահարմար են գտել, որ հենց այս փուլում պետք է եզրակացությունը հանրայնացվի, քանի որ իշխանությանն ուղղված քննադատությունն էլ ավելի է ակտիվացել, և անհրաժեշտ է ինչ-որ նոր օրակարգ՝ անվտանգային հարցերից որոշակի շեղելու նպատակով։

Ի դեպ, չնայած 44-օրյա պատերազմի քննիչ հանձնաժողովի ժամկետը նորից երկարաձգվեց, իրականում այդ հանձնաժողովի գործունեությունը պարզապես ձախողված է նաև այն պատճառով, որ մի շարք բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ և նախկին պաշտոնյաներ կտրուկ հրաժարվել են ներկայանալ և համագործակցել հանձնաժողովի հետ։ Այս դրվագը շտկելու նպատակով իշխանական պատգամավորների կողմից ներկայումս նախաձեռնություն կա՝ ԱԺ կանոնակարգ օրենքում հատուկ կարգավորման միջոցով այնպես անել, որ քննիչ հանձնաժողովներին հնարավոր չլինի մերժել, իսկ մերժման դեպքում տվյալ անձը քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի:
