Կապանում բացվեց Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը

Կապանում պաշտոնապես բացվեց Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը. ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն այն համարում է երկու բարեկամ և հարևան երկրների ջերմ հարաբերությունների ցուցիչ, տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանգության ապահովման յուրօրինակ հանգրվան:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հոկտեմբերի 21-ին Կապանում հյուպատոսության բացման արարողությանը կարմիր ժապավենը կտրեցին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու Իրանի ԱԳ նախարար Հոսեյն Ամիր Աբդոլլահիանը:
«Այսօր նշանակալից օր է հայ-իրանական բազմադարյա և բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների պատմության մեջ: Վստահաբար կարող եմ նշել, որ Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսության հիմնումն ու արդյունավետ գործունեությունը նոր որակ կհաղորդեն երկու երկրների առանձնահատուկ հարաբերություններին, կխթանեն երկկողմ փոխգործակցությունն ու կնպաստեն հայ-իրանական կապերի զարգացմանը»,-ասաց Միրզոյանը:
Նախարարը հատկանշական համարեց, որ այս կարևոր միջոցառումը տեղի է ունենում Հայաստան և Իրանի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30 –րդ տարում:
«Անցած 30 տարիների ընթացքում մեր անցած ուղին նշանավորվել է ռազմավարական բնույթ ունեցող հարաբերությունները եղբայրության և սերտ գործընկերության ոգով զարգացնելու մեր անկեղծ մղումով: Վստահ եմ, որ հետայսու ևս կներդրվեն անհրաժեշտ ջանքեր՝ ապագա փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունն ավելի խորացնելու և ամրապնդելու համար»,-ասաց ԱԳ նախարարը:
Միրզոյանը վստահեցրեց, որ Հայաստանում խորապես ընկալում և բարձր են գնահատում երկրի ողնաշարը հանդիսացող այս հատվածում՝ Սյունիքի մարզում գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն բացելու Իրանի որոշումը: «Ցանկանում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատել հայկական կողմի մտադրությունը՝ Թավրիզում գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն հիմնելու վերաբերյալ: Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը Հայաստանի համար մշտապես եղել է և կշարունակի լինել առանցքային գործընկեր: Մեր փոխգործակցությունը ներառում է բավականին ընդգրկուն քաղաքական օրակարգ, ինչպես նաև առևտրի, էներգետիկայի, տրանսպորտի, զբոսաշրջության, մշակույթի, գիտության, կրթության ոլորտներում ամուր կապեր, որոնք, լիահույս ենք, ավելի կխորանան և որակական ու գործնական նոր շունչ կստանան այսօր բացվող գլխավոր հյուպատոսության շնորհիվ»,-ասաց ԱԳ նախարարը:
Նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը մեծապես կնպաստի նաև հայ և իրանցի ժողովուրդների միջև մարդկային շփումների առավել ակտիվացմանը: «Այն կդառնա երկու բարեկամ և հարևան երկրների ջերմ հարաբերությունների ցուցիչ, տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանգության ապահովման յուրօրինակ հանգրվան»,-ընդգծեց Միրզոյանը:
Նա հյուպատոսին շնորհավորեց Հայաստանում Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսի պատասխանատու պաշտոնում նշանակման կապակցությամբ:
