5 խորհուրդ այն մասին, թե ինչպես անվտանգ Նոր տարի կազմակերպել երեխաների համար

Ինչպես կարելի է երեխաների համար առավելագույնս անվտանգ ամանորյա տոներ կազմակերպել եւ նրանց զերծ պահել թունավորումներից եւ այլ տհաճ խնդիրներից: Ահա  թե NEWS.am Medicine-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ինչ խորհուրդներ է տվել «Արաբկիր» բժշկական կենտրոնի բոքսի բաժանմունքի պատասխանատու Հրաչուհի Ղազարյանը: 

1. Երեխային միայն թարմ մթերք տվեք: Եթե տոներից մի քանի օր առաջ ինչ-որ բան եք պատրաստել, ավելի լավ է` երեխաներին չտալ դա եւ նրանց համար որեւէ թարմ բան պատրաստել: Այդպես թունավորման վտանգը զգալիորեն ավելի փոքր կլինի: 

2. Եթե երեխան հարուցիչային կամ մանրէածին վարակի նշաններ ունի, ջերմություն, քթից արտադրություն, հազ կամ/եւ փռշտոց, ավելի լավ է հյուր չգնալ եւ հյուրեր չընդունել վարակը չտարածելու համար: 

3. Չի կարելի երեխաներին ալկոհոլ պարունակող ըմպելիքներ տալ, հիշեցնում է մասնագետը: Նման խմիչքների ցանկացած քանակություն երեխաներին տալը կտրականապես արգելված է, նույնիսկ մի կում: 

4. Գազավորված ըմպելիքները վտանգավոր են առողջության համար: Տոն օրերին իհարկե կարելի է երեխաներին մի քիչ գազավորված ըմպելիք տալ, եթե շատ են ուզում, բայց հիշեք, որ չի կարելի հաճախակի խմել այդ ըմպելիքները:  Հիշեք նաեւ, որ որոշ հիվանդությունների պարագայում  (օրինակ` աղեստամոքսային տրակտի) գազավորված ըմպելիքները կտրականապես հակացուցված են:

5. Եթե երեխան իրեն վատ է զգում, եթե ջերմություն ունի կամ այլ խնդիր, չարժե հետաձգել բժշկին այցը հենց միայն տոն օրերի պատճառով: Եթե խնդիր կա, Հրաչուհի Ղազարյանը խորհուրդ է տալիս անմիջապես բժշկի դիմել. Գործնականում բոլոր հիվանդանոցներում բժիշկներ են հերթապահում, որոնք կկարողանան անհրաժեշտ օգնություն տրամադրել:
