«Ամեն երկրի մասնագիտական կրթությունը նրա տնտեսության, քաղաքականության, քաղաքակրթության հիմքն է, ուստի կրթության համակարգն ու կառուցվածքն առավելապես կախված է այն բանից, թե որքանով է այն պետության և հասարակության ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Երկրի մասնագիտական կրթության մակարդակն իր հերթին մեծապես կախված է հանրակրթությունից։ Մեր կրթության կազմակերպիչներն իրենց երեսը դարձրեցին դեպի Եվրոպա, որը Եվրամիության կազմավորման դժվարի ժամանակերն էր ապրում։ Կրթությունը միշտ ունեցել է մեկ սկզբունքային հակասություն, որը գալիս է դեռ Կոմենսկու ժամանակներից դա ուսուցման խմբակային եղանակի և ստուգման ու գնահատման անլուծելի հակասությունն է, մեր օրերում դրան ավելացավ ուսուցումը վճարովի դարձնելու հանգամանքը, որի հետևանքով այն վերածվեց բիզնեսի։ Ահա մեր օրերի կրթության որակը խանգարող ամենաիրական հանգամանքը»,- այս մասին «Արարատյան Ալյանս» մտքի կենտրոնի համաժողով-քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց Երևանի կինոյի և թատրոնի պետական ինստիտուտի ուսումնագիտական աշխատանքների գծով պրոռեկտոր Հրաչյա Հակոբջանյանը, նշելով, որ վերջին տասնամյակում մշակութաբանական առարկաների դպրոցական նոր ծրագրերում տեղ են գտնում բացթողումներ աղավաղումներ,տերմինաբանական աղճատումներ, որոնք ուղղված են հայ ժողովրդի արժենային համակարգի դեմ։
«Հայ եկեղեցու դասագրքերը, որոնք մտցվել էին դպրոց արդեն վեր էին ածվել հայ ժողովրդի հոգևոր ստրկացման դասընթացին, դրա համար հատուկ քննարկումներ են տեղի ունեցել։ Մեր համոզումով Հայաստանի հանրակրթությունը պատրավոր է կերտել մարդկային և ազգային վեհ արժեքներով, արժանիքներով, ու առաքելություններով նոր սերունդ իսկ կրությունը ազգային բարձր գիտակցությամբ օժտված կյանքի զանազան ոլորտների լավագույն մասնագետներ պատրաստելու դարբնոց։ Լավ մասնագետ, լավ մարդ , լավ հայ, ահա այն եռամիսանությունը, որի կերտումը պետք է լինի ՀՀ կրտության գիտության գեր նպատակը»,- հավելեց Հակոբջանյանը։
