Հայաստանում տիրող ներքաղաքական հանգստությունը անհասականալի և անսպասելի է: Ինձ մոտ տպավորություն է, որ քաղաքական դաշտը շարունակում է սպասել Վեհափառի և նախկին նախագահների հանդիպման արդյունքներին, կարծես, ինչ-որ սպասում կա ձևավորված այս ֆորմատից, որ կարող է ինչ-որ առաջարկներ լինեն կամ գործողություններ մեկնարկեն, բայց տեսանք, որ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ջանքերով այդ ֆորմատը տապալվեց, և նոր հանդիպում չեն կարողանում կազմակերպել: «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում նման դիտարկում է արել քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:

Նրա արձանագրմամբ՝ քաղաքական դերակատարները, կարծես, նոր ֆորմատի փնտրտուքի մեջ են, ինչն իր համար հասկանալի է, քանի որ նախկին փորձերն արդյունավետ չէին.

«Պարզ է, որ պետք է հիմա փորձեն նոր բան հորինել, բայց մյուս կողմից էլ արտաքին ճնշումը Հայաստանի վրա ուժեղանում է, և այս իշխանությունների՝ ամեն ինչ հանձնելու պատրաստակամությունն այնքան մեծ է, որ ներքաղաքական այս հանդարտությունը և դիմադրության բացակայությունը կարող է շատ լուրջ վնաս հասցնել հայկական պետականությանը»,-ասաց նա:

Նկատենք, որ թեև Հայաստանի շուրջ արտաքին քաղաքական գործընթացները ժամ առ ժամ են զարգանում, բայց ներքաղաքական դաշտը կարծես «կանգնած է»: Խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը ո՛չ ԱԺ-ի աշխատանքներին է մասնակցում, ո՛չ էլ փողոցում է ինչ-որ քայլեր անում:

Մեր հարցին՝ «ո՞ւր է կորել ընդդիմությունը», քաղաքագետն արձագանքեց.

«Թե ո՞ւր է կորել ընդդիմությունը, անգամ իրենք նորմալ չեն կարող բացատրել: Այն ուժերը, որոնց հետ համագործակցում եմ կամ փորձում եմ հասկանալ նրանց գործունեությունը, ինչ-որ նախապատրաստական փուլում են, խոսքս ՀՅԴ-ի մասին է, տեղյակ եմ, որ բազում հանդիպումներ և քննարկումներ են ունենում, ինձ էլ են ժամանակ առ ժամանակ հրավիրում այդ քննարկումներին, տեսնում եմ, որ նոր լուծումներ փնտրելու և շարժումը նոր թափով սկսելու աշխատանքների մեջ են, բայց կրկնում եմ, Հայաստանը շատ ժամանակ չունի, արտաքին քաղաքական գործընթացներն այնքան արագ են ընթանում, պետք է հասցնել ու դրանց ճիշտ արձագանքել»,-ասաց Շահնազարյանը:

Քաղաքագետն ընդգծում է՝ ընդդիմությունը մտածելու շատ տեղ ունի, թե ինչ քայլեր պետք է անի, միևնույն ժամանակ նշում՝ պետք է արագ գործեն, քանի որ այս պասիվությունը Հայաստանի համար շատ ծանր կարող է նստել.

Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ ընդդիմությունը շատ գործիքներ ունի իր ձեռքին , որոնցից ամենակարևորը լիարժեք միասնականությունն է, միասնական ճակատով հանդես գալը.

«Սա շատ կարևոր է, քանի որ մինչ օրս չի եղել, որքան էլ տարբեր ընդդիմադիր ուժեր համագործակցել են, բայց ներսում մրցակցությունն է միշտ եղել բավական զգալի և խանգարող»,-հավելեց նա:

Երկրորդը, ըստ Շահնազարյանի, համագործակցությունն է ժողովրդի հետ, քանի որ, ամեն դեպքում, խնդիրը լուծողը ոչ թե ընդդիմությունն է, այլ՝ ժողովուրդը, իսկ ընդդիմության խնդիրն է պարզապես կազմակերպել ժողովրդին. «Ընդդիմությունն ամեն ինչ պետք է անի, որ ժողովրդական ճնշմամբ իշխանությունը հեռացվի»,-եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:
